Bummer. After seeing your post, I spent awhile looking for signs that the 6+ SG 128 pipe had unclogged. Thought this was an indicator of an order leaving limbo.
So last night my phone was being processed. Today I received a tracking number from FedEx. I should be receiving my phone tomorrow via overnight delivery from FT WORTH, TX to San Diego, CA.

How long does one wait before you cancel your AT$T order and order from Apple.. Today is 8 weeks since I ordered my phone and still have no idea as too when I will get it. At least with apple it seems all are getting their phones in the time frame of 3-4 weeks...
I cancelled yesterday after 8 weeks. Ordered through Apple with a garunteed shipping in 3-4 weeks if not before. I informed the gentleman AT&T was blaming them too and he said Apple is shipping AT&T what they order. So they're either not placing big orders or sitting on them.
I don't know how long to wait. I ordered on 9/19. Perhaps I should wait at least until the day after Thanksgiving (the end of my ship window) to consider canceling. I'm usually a patient person, but this is getting to be a bit ridiculous. About 8 weeks and counting

Same here. Gingersnap and I ordered on same date through AT&T, so if she gets her phone before me, we have definitive proof that AT&T can't properly order for their customers.
BTW, the one thing I have keeping me afloat is that the rep at the Corporate store I ordered from quoted me December. The website and the 877# have never suggested that time frame. Also, hopefully I'll get the MLC SSD!

I just don't understand how AT&T can continue to keep everyone in the dark. Tomorrow it's 8 weeks since I ordered by 6+ 128GB SG. My shipping date passed Monday. Never got an email or a call. Escalations according to support agents. Never got a call back.
If it's really the MLC thing, why can't they say that - Hell, most people waiting on 128GBs would probably be very cool with that. Sure it would still stuck to wait this long, but at least we'd know WHY and what the benefit is.
I don't personally believe it's that, but...
I finally broke down and sent a note to Randall. I'm sick of the lack of service, the lack of concern, and the clear lack of care about Premier customers.

Just had a chat with good old AT&T. Nothing but the same BS. I ordered a 64GB SG 6+ on 9/24. My shipping window ended two days ago, and I am now backordered online. I know all the 128GB people are suffering the same fate, but I see lots of people getting 64GB SG on this forum...
Maria: I do very much apologize that the order has not been shipped. We do ship directly from the warehouse. Apple and their manufacturers are working diligently to fulfill all orders. Orders are shipped in the order received, however the color, GB and model may have different ship dates. Certain colors and models are more delayed than others, due to popularity and high demand. You will receive an email update from us shortly. The email will either be confirmation of shipment or new dates, usually no more than a week from initial dates.

I had my order in on 9/21 for 128 gb SG 6+ with a ship date of 10/29-11/7. I canceled my order at the ATT store which is much more convenient than doing it by phone. Used istocknow and got the same phone on 11/5. Lesson learned to never ever order from ATT again. In 2 years, I will buy from Apple again.

Ordered 10/6 same phone. Card was charged yesterday. Charge disappeared today. Still no word on shipping. My guess is give it 72 hours for it to ship.
Damn hopefully this means i get processed next week. Ordered same phone 10/16 with Shipping window of 11/25-12/05
Not that a few more days of waiting is going to kill me... but it's pretty stupid that some people get overnight shipping, some get slow USPS... I got Fedex 2-day. So I won't see my phone till next week. Cute stuff from AT&T.

For some reason when I track my order it does not tell me when it will be delivered. Also, there is a 7 hour delay with what is online at USPS.com? For example, I just received and update early this afternoon, that my phone left Memphis at 12:17 am EST this morning.
Anyone else have issues with USPS? I did however notice that it's shipping Priority 2 day. So I'm guessing that if it was shipped on the 13th that I'll receive it on the 15th, maybe?

Our phones must be hanging out together. Same shipment, same info. Doesn't specify a delivery date either and is also priority 2 day.
