AT&T Pre-order status iPhone 6 Plus (only)

I am out guys. Lets hope for some tracking numbers by tomorrow night. This plane tracker is giving me hope!
Tell me about it! I can't even sleep right now! This is pathetic....
I figure as an adult we don't have a lot of "christmas eve/morning" moments, so I'm gonna enjoy this. lol
My wife's new contract dates changed almost immediately after placing an order for the regular iphone 6 through apple at around 12:08 am PST.
However, my line through att still shows my old contract info and as if I never did anything to it even though I have the 10/3 date.. 2 days until I'm supposed to get it, no updates since 9/14.. now I'm officially starting to lose hope for Friday..

You sir, have made the wait for my iPhone worth it. I have not seen a more accurate post. I'd give you an award if I could. I died laughing.
Wtf while trying to kill time refreshing I downloaded iOS 8 and installed it. Phone rebooted and looked like it installed. While I noticed the awesome improvement in icons and effects I realized for whatever reason I was still running iOS 7. Trying to reinstall 8. 2 am must really be messing with my brain AND eyes. 6:30 comes early.

So on saturday evening I got this email from premier for my 6+ 64g SG:
We shipped your recently placed AT&T Premier order.
Order ID Number: 10101189******
Kept checking the premier website and it was saying Preparing to Ship, then on Monday it changed to just Shipped under the status where the Pre-Order cancel button used to be. At&t also charged me the tax for the phone $59.50.
But alas, NO TRACKING NUMBER. So today I go to the att wireless site instead of premier and check and it still says preparing to ship for 10/2. My question is has anyone been charged the full tax amount and NOT had a shipping conformation? I'm holding out hope that since I got the email on saturday and it changed to shipped on Monday that it actually did go out (ive seen other webpages showing phones left china on monday) and I just didn't receive the tracking number.
Has this happened to anyone else?

Y'all need to calm down....according to flightaware, about half a dozen assorted freight aircraft landed in Louisville, KY earlier this evening.
More tracking numbers are likely to go out ONCE THE CARRIERS GET THEIR INVENTORY IN.
How are y'all expecting tracking numbers when a majority of a carrier's inventory is still en route all the way until tomorrow? Sure some people got tracking info already, lucky them.
Almost everything these days dealing with industry on that scale arrives JIT... Just in time.
Pretty sure there's gonna be more tomorrow.

Thats most likely apple shipments. Att launch day shipments that haven't gone out yet are most likely bc they are already in the US, overnight shipping.
Att actually did a great thing hooking as many preorders up by taking store inventory to fulfill preorder inventory. Store quantity and reaction should be interesting.

I know some of you have been keeping up with this thread since the start and I have a few questions.
I got to the conformation screen for my order at 3:09 AM EST and got the confirmation email around 4:46 that morning. My shipping dates have changed three times just like everyone keeps mentioning now I am stuck on 10/2.
1. Has there been any consistency with the people getting Shipping conformation (location, order time, order number...)
2. Should I still have hope for friday? I had an absolute *****how happen with my 5 pre order never received a conformation email so I got the phone on launch day and two days later a package showed up to the ATT store (where they decided to sell it to someone else) So I understand the website offers little help when it comes to this.

I hope AT&T enjoys their server costs this month, they've earned it! Maybe next year they'll keep their customers better informed with more realistic ship dates so their customers won't keep refreshing the page!
Well, I ordered at around 1:30am PT on preorder night (can't even remember what day that was anymore). Slate Gray iPhone 6+ 128GB.
Order status is still "Preparing to ship." Shipping date 10/13-10/22. Unchanged since preorder night.
No info from UPS Choice, no info from Fedex.
I was hoping I would magically get mine on launch day, but with no new info at this point, I think I'm out of luck.
Now hoping for sometime before Oct 13.
