tmobile people are starting to get their charges reapplied so that must mean those phones were in fact for tmbobile customers
 
I ordered at 12:45AM and got a 14-21 shipping date estimate.

My 16GB Plus gold shipped yesterday and will be here tomorrow.
 
Well you would "think" that they have a night shift going but if they were going round the clock I would expect more updates and tracking numbers going out during the day.

Ugh... I was so optimistic . Now I'm feeling pretty much the opposite.

Anyone else at all still stuck at 10/13-10/22? Ugh


Don't feel bad, I'm also stuck in that bracket. I was also not expecting to have my phone by launch date, it would be a complete surprise if that did happen, but from the get go I kind of knew I would be waiting. I rather be pleasantly surprised than be aggravated, it's just a phone.

It just sucks for those who were planning on selling off their 5's as the more we wait, the more the value drops.
 
I received the email as well. But you never know. I'm sure phones are going out with overnight shipping tonight. It seems like I am the only one that ordered a 6+ silver in 16gb. Buuuut it doesn't seem like it's making a difference at this point. :mad:

I ordered the same, 6+ silver 16gb, and have sat at a delivery of 10/2-10/13 for 3 days now!!!

All is not lost friend, we can still go to Modell's then take a trip to the nearest AT&T store to vent our frustration.

For sure. I am actually considering canceling my account and switching to one of the other carriers that handled the pre order smoothly with no hitches. Still optimistic, but that is my plan b. I am tired of this happening and them giving no explanation whatsoever. Tells a lot about their poor infrastructure and the fact they really don't care about their customers.
 
Premier customer here. I ordered my iPhone 6 Plus 128GB Space Gray at 3am eastern time last week. Shipping date is 10/2-10/13 and status is pending shipment.
I assume at this point that I will not be getting the phone tomorrow. I'm going to try this weekend to see if I can snag one elsewhere. Does anyone know if it's possible to cancel my order and how long it takes to get my upgrade back? Your feedback is much appreciated.

We'll I am using a 4 that is slower than dirt, horrible reception and bad battery.. So if anybody needs it, that would be ME! Got the stupid email this morning but I still think we are getting our phones tomorrow. If not, I am writing out my will and going postal in a ATT store....lol...

I'm literally amazed at how slow the 4 actually is now. It used to be the best thing since.

I pity my wife lol. She was apprehensive about taking my 5 and I told her you can't begin to fathom how much better it is.
 
IM GIVING UP, literally when your dreams are about your status of your phone and it changing in your dream and not in real life makes for a pissy morning. Also, I've only gotten one email from ATT after I ordered and that was my email with the order number
 
this makes me so angry!!!!!! it's not the fact that we getting pluses late but the fact that other carriers were so organized and efficient while att seems so lazy and calm about all of it. You can't even update your payment method, so if your card got stolen last weekend and you call and cancel it, att won't be able to run it and will just cancel your order. what kind of crazy is that. their system is so outdated. you would think they would be the most efficient seeing as though they were the original iPhone carrier.

I wouldn't though. Doesn't look like the 128GB SG is available anywhere. Looks like it's the "Gold iPhone 5S" of this year.

I'd first go into my account and check to see if it's possible to cancel your order prior to going trying your luck in person. Or you can keep checking this while you're in line to make sure.

Some of us don't have the option to cancel an existing order, but that's not to say it's impossible, you just might have to wait 24HRS for that to reflect on your account. If you really want it though, I wouldn't let none of that stop me if you've got the $$$.
 
I have reason to believe that we should be receiving some sort of update by this weekend. Specifically those that ordered the 128GB's, since right now they're like unicorns.

What's your "reason" and..this weekend is too late! Lest they are paying for weekend delivery (they better be)

They can do it in the store for you. I just spoke to a customer relations rep cause I am considering canceling my account. He said if you stay with AT&T, to not cancel the order and if you get a spot in line and they have the phones you want, they can do it right there.
