I honestly don't even care that my phone isn't coming tomorrow (even though I desperately need it since I don't have a usable phone atm), but I am pissed that orders are not being fulfilled on a first come first serve basis. I ordered later than some (12:10AM PST) and others before me have orders as early back as 11:45PM PST, yet they haven't had their phones shipped.

Now I know to never order from AT&T again because they don't understand basic customer service.
 
I pre-order my ip6 Plus 128GB Gold on 9/12/14 around 3 PM and I am still showing mid November for delivery. Received no other email from AT&T except for confirmation on 9/12. I'm a premier customer and live in SE Florida area. May try and get one at store tomorrow but I am not betting on it.
 
My Sister has received a tracking # for her iphone 6 + 16gb,Her original shipping date was 10/2-10/13. I ordered the same iphone the same day just 5min before her and got the same shipping date.

Now i received the email saying my order is still on for 10/2-10/13 wtf?

I truly think even ATT doesn't know what to expect 100%. My thought is you'll see yours tomorrow regardless of a status.

My wife's i6 is still showing pending on ATTs order page but shipped on Premier's page and with tracking.

ordered at 3:30am EST order confirmation came at 4:30am

Last i checked on this forum lots of people in OH, MI, and KY were still not getting updated. I keep telling myself it will, but I'm beginning to lose hope for a launch delivery.

Michigan here also... No shipping info... 128G 6+ SG.

That's my story. I got order confirmations before the midnight launch and people who ordered a full day after me are getting phones tomorrow. No explanation from AT&T or anything. Not a good way to do business.
 
What's your "reason" and..this weekend is too late! Lest they are paying for weekend delivery (they better be)


I'm thinking this weekend once tomorrow's launch date comes and goes and things are a bit more settled. And by update I mean a bump on our shipping date or tracking #, not specifically us receiving them. Cautiously optimistic I guess.
 
So we are ********* basically.

He's retarded. I love how they constantly shift the time. We have been told all first day orders will be filled (as you would think at MINIMUM) - we have been told first hour orders will be shipped in November, and now we have been told that the first 2 hours is okay but the first 4 is across the line.

Fcfs? Bwhaha
 
this makes me so angry!!!!!! it's not the fact that we getting pluses late but the fact that other carriers were so organized and efficient while att seems so lazy and calm about all of it. You can't even update your payment method, so if your card got stolen last weekend and you call and cancel it, att won't be able to run it and will just cancel your order. what kind of crazy is that. their system is so outdated. you would think they would be the most efficient seeing as though they were the original iPhone carrier.

It is pretty lame how you can have your order placed at 12:02 am pst on pre-order day but it won't actually be "processed" until several hours later, rendering your order useless until the time AT&T's garbage 'system' randomly receives it.
 
Well thats unfortunate. I asked to get my fee waived and she took that as "oh you want to know your status update?" She went on to tell me that the phone is in the warehouse ready to be shipped. I surprised her when I said I didn't care about the status update, I just wanted to get the upgrade fee waived.

She came back 2 minutes later after researching what an upgrade fee and then went on to explain what an upgrade fee was to me.

Conclusion of the story was "sorry. You were charged that for upgrading. We can't waive that."

Same thing here. got my order in at 12:04 A.M. I hate this whole process and do not ever want to order with att again.

Yeah these planes seem to be coming like crazy. I'm hoping we get a change in status to possibly next week if we don't get them on launch.

am i the only one who received a text from AT&T almost 24 hours after ordering to say "Congratulations! Your order has been processed"? I'm using that as my barometer of where I am in line for my 64GB SG +... Ordered at 4am EST, received text at 10pm EST and then again at 10am EST on saturday

nope some of us have received 2 of those the day after preorders.
 
I wouldn't trust it.

I'm not in denial, I don't think we'll get them tomorrow if we haven't already sen tracking info...I just think their system is beyond jacked and untrustworthy.
