I don't think I ever had a cancel button. #

I never had a cancel button either. Mine has showed this since the last couple of days:

SHIPMENT STATUS: We're preparing your order now, and it will be shipping on or between the shipping date(s) we've provided. Preparing to Ship
 
Where is this mythical "cancel" button? Anyone have a screenshot of it? I don't have one on mine but I'm not logged in either. I can't create an account until my service is active. This is the first "personal" phone I've had in a long time.
 
Where is (or was) the cancel button?

Here is what I see:


The Cancel button was on wireless.att.com, we came to this order status page from the link in the very first email that acknowledged the order and had a web order number beginning in 1018....
 
It was where the expected shipping date is

Was the cancel button only on the "Premier" order page? I definitely had it on that page but I don't remember if I saw one on the regular AT&T Wireless order status page.
 
Reporting in again:

Ordered from regular AT&T site, am a premier member according to the first confirmation e-mail I got from Premier(my dad gets a discount on our family plan). Got the order in a bit before 3:00 A.M. if I recall correctly.

-64 gig Space Gray 4.7" iPhone 6.
-Confirmation e-mails both said it would be shipping 9/17-9/18.
-Received two texts (one on Friday another on Saturday) that my order has been processed).
-Regular AT&T site order status page still says Preparing Shipment and Pending Shipment with the dates 9/17-9/18.
-Premier AT&T order status page has the same dates same status, no cancel button but I didn't check earlier when or if it did have a cancel button. Does anyone have a screenshot of this?

Can't sign up for UPS MyChoice because I got it sent to a business address and I'm not getting anything when I search for reference.

I had a cancel button as well if I checked it from the Premiere page. That button just disappeared in the last hour.

Iphone Plus Silver 64GB - ordered about 10mins after 12am pacific. My ship dates show 10/13-10/22.
 
after checking this thread my cancel button has been removed. :eek:

Ugh MyChoice suckssss. It won't allow me to enter in my name because apparently my nickname and address are already in use. I have a name that can be lengthened or shortened and the package is coming in my longer name and MyChoice is set up to use my short name. (Ex. Chris/Christopher, Joe/Joseph, etc)
 
I can also confirm that my "Cancel Preorder" button has gone away. Although the estimated ship date still says: 10/13/2014 - 10/31/2014

My Cancel Order button just dropped off as well..

I still have the ship date Sept 17th-18th with delivery of 9-19 intact


but no UPS track and no charge on my credit card
 
The 866 (more optimistic number) was 866-391-0749
The 877 (more pessimistic number) was 877-782-8870

Tried calling the 866 number, entered my info and just air on the line. Then it transfers me to the hold queue to speak with a rep
 
Taxes vary quite a bit, I can see $39.75 in my order, but I've noticed people with up to $100 in tax so its strange how its calculated.

Same thing happened to me just now as well. From my understanding isn’t it just suppose to be a machine updating you? never dialed this number before, looks like we crashed this too.

That happened to me too, except when I searched by phone number (Option 2), any other search criteria lead to dead air.

It's you local sales tax rate times the cost of the phone. So if the 128G 6+ sells for $950 and the tax rate is 8%, the tax amount is $76.

Everyone in here trying to game the system and get the quickest delivery. I can't imagine the hell of trying to undo a 2-year contract agreement, return and then re-upgrade through Apple (or vice versa). And everyone wonders why ATT can't provide exact dates. Think of the logistics of involved here.
 
Mine looks a little different because of the premier account but it was right above "pre order processing"

I do have a back up option if I choose to use it. Since I have 4 lines on my account I still have two I can use the upgrade on. I could always get in line Friday and use another upgrade and just return the original iPhone 6 Plus when it comes in and regain the upgrade eligibility for my line at later date.
