AT&T Pre-order status

Yeah, I and a couple others on here have reported having tracking numbers through UPS My Choice. I seriously would not stress about it. Most of you that will get them on Friday will have tracking numbers show up Wednesday or Thursday, if past pre-orders are any indication. I think on my 4S preorder, the tracking number showed up an hour after I had the phone in my hands, if I remember correctly.

lol no no not at all, Im just so skeptical! Everywhere else all I see is 10/13-10/22, so until I at least get a tracking number Im gonna just be calm as possible...maybe while practicing those cartwheels! The rep was actually really awesome and it was great customer service, he even offered to look into my account and see if the bill was too high and maybe have better offers. I said I appreciate it but id rather wait till this whole iPhone ordeal is taken care of (since there are charges for upgrades and processing etc). I work for AppleCare so trust me I really appreciate a great rep!

How do you add an alias, i think that might be why mine isn't showing up.

I just spoke with customer service at the 877 782 8870 number. No good news for me; my SG iP6 64GB is still listed as 10/13-10/31.

The person I spoke with - Yolanda or Yolanga - said that can change, as dates are updated as phones keep coming in.

The big news, though – and I'm actually afraid to even mention it – is that she said that at least one person has already received their phone!

Like an idiot, this is what I then asked:
"One that was ordered through AT&T?" Yes.
"Was it one of the new ones?" Yes.

I don't know if it was a 6 or 6+. I slapped myself, so you don't have to. Apparently this person had ordered more than one, and was calling to check the status of their second phone, as they had received just one. That's all I know.

To those of you ordering 6+ through AT&T

Spoke with an a Premier Rep @ AT&T.

According to what he told me, our estimated shipdates are just that... estimates.

He stated, the latest advisory he got,
"As far as iPhone 6+'s, At&t will receive their shipment on Friday 9/19, and will being processing and shipping those phones out to customers shortly after"

So with that being said I would assume most of us 6+ Customers will get our phones NEXT week. 9/22 -9/26

my cancel button just disappeared but still says preorder processing

regular att order status says preparing to ship

ordered 20 min before preorder went live via att premier

you can't ship varying sku's in order as you are asking. If all that was offered was a single model in a single color then yes it would be in order. How it is going now is everyone is queued up based on model, capacity, and color (18 total combinations for the iphone 6 alone). This means there are 18 different queues all of which are being processed in order which is how every company out there operates. No reason to process 100% in order unless you don't mind which phone you receive :D

Oh, crapola. I should've been more specific when inquiring with her. Meaning, I know it differs based on model/color/etc...but in general, if person 1, 2, 3, 8, 12 order the same exact phone, did they go out of order (ie., 3, 12, 8, 1, 2)? I'm confusing myself honestly. I'm too excited!

It's my first pre-order for a phone...and I'm not one to get too jumpy for an electronic.

Nothing for me in MyChoice. Now I'm getting a little worried that people who ordered after me are seeing movement.
 
So, I ordered around 3:20 am EST. A 64GB gold (not plus). My ship date jumped from "on or around September 19" to "September 23-October 2" to "September 17-18". I assume it will probably arrive on the 19th? Thoughts on that? Also, I'm going to be away this weekend, so I'm very worried about it being delivered while I'm gone. Based on past experience, when do you think it will arrive?
 
Iphone 6 128gb ordered through premier. 9/17-18 estimated ship.

My cancel pre order button has just disappeared.

My cancel button has also disappeared. 6+ SG 128GB ordered 10 minutes before midnight.
 
My cancel button disappeared in the last half hour, but the end of October delivery estimate remains.

Same here, cancel button disappeared within the last hour or two

*iPhone 6+ 64GB ordered about 15min after launch.
*Still says 10/13-10/22
*877 number says back-ordered, 866 number says shipped
*Nothing on UPS My Choice
