You're right! The order status from the link they sent says Preorder Processing, the one on att.com says Preparing to Ship
None of them allow me to cancel the order, but the charges on my cc have dropped.

After talking to 4-5 ATT reps today( and trying the whole Ooga booga thing - mentally)........ If you have 10/02 to 10/13, at this point in time, I truly believe it will ship on 10/02. Believe me. I'm bummed.

Should I be worried about the ATT website not yet showing the item as shipped? It's a 128 6 (regular, not plus). It has said from the time I ordered it that it would ship between 9/17 & 9/18. Nothing yet though.

Hang in there. My order and dates are/were identical to yours. I ordered mine four minutes before you and received a tracking number a couple hours ago. Yours is probably already on it's way as well. (The originating FedEx scan for mine was Monday at 2 PM). Silence from all sources until I checked my order status this afternoon with att.

God I hope you're right. I ordered my 128 GB space gray 6 Plus several minutes before ordering officially began (because ATT began accepting preorders ten minutes early) and I'm still stuck at 10/2-10/13. I have FedEx and UPS configured to alert me when anyone initiates a shipment to me and still nothing, while I watch people who ordered the same config after me receive tracking confirmation. The early bird may get the worm but it appears he doesn't necessarily get the Apple.![]()

In case of other people having similar issues: I ordered a 6 within 30 minutes of midnight PST last Friday. Received an email this morning that my order required attention due to a "past due balance" (which after speaking with a customer service rep was clearly not the case). After waiting on hold for one hour and 50 minutes this morning, they "fixed" the issue by "reprocessing" the order. That reprocessing was essentially just placing an order today. So I will not likely see a phone for several weeks. For those of you with similar issues, you may want to jump on this (i.e., speak with a customer service rep) sooner rather than later. Good luck!
