AT&T Pre-order status

Finally..... UPS delivery 9/19 UPS

ordered gray 128GB iPhone 6 on 11 Sept at 11:56pm. Its been stuck on shiping 9-17/18 while others ordering same product about the same time were already getting their tracking numbers. So I was nervous. but this AM checked and got an ATT email with the tracking info. one interesting thing. Mine is coming thru Louisville to Portland Oregon. i would have thought it would have come from LA. but anyway it will be here tomorrow!!

I'm curious for the people that got an email stating their phones will ship in October. have you tried the number 866 391 0749 to check your order? does it say your item has shipped?

Mine does. but i also haven't gotten the dreaded email yet.

Anyone know how accurate fed ex times are? Mine says 8 PM delivery. Can't wait that long.

That it generally the latest time FedEx does residential deliveries, nationwide.

If your FedEx driver normally is in your neighborhood at 9AM, than you can expect it around 9AM. (Although I am sure all the companies will be running late tomorrow since they have a spike in the number of stops)

this is crazy my sister order the same 16gb iPhone 6 + on the same day and she got her tracking # . I just received the same email as many saying still on for 10/2-10/13. Note she had same date delivery and they haven't even charged her card.

They charged my card right away after putting in the order and now they have returned my money back 0_o

Ordered at 3:08 AM EST, 6+ 64GB, Space Grey. I'm in the 10/02/14 - 10/13/14 range. Ordered through Premiere. ATT.com order tracking says "Preparing to ship", Premiere site says "Pending". I guess no iPhone for me tomorrow.

Mine says the same for 6+ 128GB Silver.

I got a text yesterday from AT&T basically saying that my monthly mobile share cost was going up because of the fact that I am now under a 2 year contract. They wasted no time in raising my bill even though I haven't received anything yet

my wife's 64GB iPhone 6 4.7 shipped out today for delivery tomorrow. We preordered 9/12 at 10AM. The whole time the delivery date was 9/23-10/2, but today I checked and it has a tracking number!!! Don't lose hope guys!

Late yesterday evening I finally gave up on a Friday delivery, but I received an email this morning that delivery would be made tomorrow, the 19th. I confirmed this with UPS tracking. The delivery time had been mid to late October but was changed yesterday to 9/23 to 10/2. Good luck to everyone.

So on a side note, got an e-mail from AT&T also stating that they are raising rates even though I had absolutely NO change to my plans (2year contract).. Something like extra $50/month. really? AT&T sucks!!

I ordered through Premier at 1:50am CST on the 12th and my tracking # just was emailed to me. It showed as being sitting in Memphis since the 14th and just last night left Memphis en route to me. I am assuming that is the case with a lot of the people who preordered. I wouldn't lose faith if I were some of you who had the 9/17 - 9/18 ship dates.

Just talked to my friend who is an assistant manager at an att store, not the authorized shady ones.... I asked about their shipments for tomorrow... He said as of yesterday they are only getting around 70 iPhone 6 in Stock not the 6 plus! So be prepared if you go out tomorrow morning! He did say it could change today though.

Posting this to make some of you more optimistic.

Had my order in 2 minutes before launch. Stupid me realized I was in such a rush and didn't pick the right colors so I had to re-order. I finally got my order in at 12:45AM because ATT's site was getting jammed. I had a launch day delivery for my 16GB silver and a 14-21 day wait for my 16GB Plus gold.

All weekend my order was processing. On Monday my order date somehow changed to 9/15 and now my ship dates were 9/24 - 10/3 and 11/9 - 11/27. This bummed me out but I stayed optimistic. Then on Tuesday night my order updated saying "Preparing for Shipment" for both phones.

Woke up today and both phones shipped in the same box and will be here tomorrow. Quite a big jump in time. My order still hasn't popped up in UPS MyChoice and my package was scanned in yesterday.

If your order hasn't updated and is still "Preparing for Shipment" then there is still hope. Keep watching it all day as it will change anytime. If you don't have a tracking number by around 6PM CST tonight you are more than likely waiting till next week.

Ordered iPhone 6 plus at 2:55 a.m. ET. Did not receive verification email until 10:11 a.m. Had a hold on for the phone until Monday, 9/15. I originally had a late October early November date. I have a shipping date of 10/2 -10/13.


Obviously I would have a little grudge if other individuals who ordered later receive sooner, but I'll get passed it.

I'm not upset of the shipping dates, just wish there was more transparency and clarity with the process.

I got that too. They are saying we have $14 days to do the NEXT program or purchase phone at retail price.

The package weight is really buggin you people I see. I worked for UPS before. They don't leave packages on scale long enough to get the exact weight. As if you got on your scale at home and the numbers jump around until you stand still long enough. So many packages coming in, they throw em on and take them off asap.

So this mornign I get the email from AT&T telling me my order shipped. BUT, it was only for one of the orders. The 128 Space Grey 6. No mention of the 128 Gold 6 I ordered the same time (actually did that one first).

Should I be concerned?
