Have been unable to get any response from calling AT&T. Stopped at my local AT&T store. Very helpful. They can cancel an order for a Premier customer up until the item is "packed for shipment". They took a look at my order and it has not been packed. Again, 6+ 128 gb ordered 9/12 @ 3:05AM EST. So, I can go in at the crack of dawn tomorrow to see if they get any stock for the 6+. The store is doubtful they will get more than half a dozen.
And...just got off the phone with a call from Customer Service in respond to a survey they sent me via Text yesterday. Needless to say the survey was negative. During our conversation she stated my dates for shipping are correct, 10/2 to 10/13. Ships via 2 day. No signature will be required by AT&T. The latest I should receive is 10/15. She also indicated that it is possible for it to ship earlier.
Now that I know, I can just wait...
Why did you give the CSR a negative review on the survey? Because you're mad that they didn't give you the delivery date that you wanted? You don't get your way so you take it out on someone who really has no control over the situation at all. Very childish.
You do realize that the surveys directly affect them, don't you?
