Have been unable to get any response from calling AT&T. Stopped at my local AT&T store. Very helpful. They can cancel an order for a Premier customer up until the item is "packed for shipment". They took a look at my order and it has not been packed. Again, 6+ 128 gb ordered 9/12 @ 3:05AM EST. So, I can go in at the crack of dawn tomorrow to see if they get any stock for the 6+. The store is doubtful they will get more than half a dozen.

And...just got off the phone with a call from Customer Service in respond to a survey they sent me via Text yesterday. Needless to say the survey was negative. During our conversation she stated my dates for shipping are correct, 10/2 to 10/13. Ships via 2 day. No signature will be required by AT&T. The latest I should receive is 10/15. She also indicated that it is possible for it to ship earlier.

Now that I know, I can just wait...

Why did you give the CSR a negative review on the survey? Because you're mad that they didn't give you the delivery date that you wanted? You don't get your way so you take it out on someone who really has no control over the situation at all. Very childish.

You do realize that the surveys directly affect them, don't you?

9/12- 12:43am PT- ordered 6+/64gb/silver through ATT site- quoted 14-21 days
9/13- cc had $417.xx authorization, ATT site said delivery 11/3-11/27 delivery
9/17- delivery updated to 10/2
9/18- rec'd fedex tracking # to deliver phone by 9/19 @ 8pm- ATT site still says "pending", "shipped", and "pending confirmation" depending where you check (mobile, app, full site).
 
I got an email an hour or two ago from ATT and I got excited it was regarding my phone. NO - it was a survey asking about my experience with customer service.

The silver lining was that it allowed me a medium to go off about the incompetence of "Premier."

I'm getting more and more resigned to the fact that I won't get my phone tomorrow. I will also never order again from ATT's site (assuming I stay with them now).
 
I don't see any charges for the iPhones I ordered. Anyone else happened this to? I had pending charges but they're gone since Sunday.
 
Anyone else having problems calling the 866 number to get status? It asks for me to enter my order number, but after entering, it just goes blank. Still hoping for tomorrow, but I've resigned and will wait for 10/2.

Same here, it goes quiet then directs me to a service rep.

Where did it say that it had actually shipped? What is the true source? mobile, app, site?
 
Seems like Fed Ex is giving most of us the 8 PM Delivery. I plan on just printing their signature sheet and putting it on door. My Fed Ex guy delivered my PS4 around 10 1030 a few weeks ago. So hopefully it's there when I get home.

Just a question, do you have a Fedex account number? I signed up in Fedex, but the site is a bit confusing, I don't have an account number. I'm guessing you got your tracking info through the site...
 
Ridiculous

I just think it's ridiculous that those of us who stayed up and actually got the order in before the official start time (my confirmation email is 1:59 CDT for a 6+ 64GB Space Gray) aren't getting it on launch day. They shouldn't have even taken the damn preorders if they couldn't deliver a single item on launch day. Or they should have at least let us know. What a joke.
 
Finalllly!!!

I had also given up on the hope that my phone was going to show up by tomorrow considering I felt I had ordered "too late" on 09/12 at 1pm arizona mountain time. Ordered a Gold, 16gb iPhone 6 and initially got a shipping date of 09/23 - 10/6, but just right now got the email i was waiting for telling me its shipped and will be here tomorrow! YOU JUST GATTA BALEEEEEEEVE lol, also i am an AT&T Premier customer, hope this helps!

This happened to me as well. I had a $1 charge pending from 9/12 and then $420 something charge from 9/16 after the Premier rep re-submitted my order. Both charges fell off today (so never charged). Not sure what this means.

I agree, unless the rep did something actually wrong besides not telling you what you want to hear, then that is pretty childish and a dick move.
 
What aggrivates me is that it seems like it is NOT on a first come first serve basis. You have people that ordered 3am EST that won't be getting their iPhones till October-November and others that ordered the next day that will be gettin theirs tomorrow. Really?

Anyone know what the PXXXX tracking number is on the ups site?

I order a 6+ 16gb grey at 2 min after pre order release. My ship date is 10/02 as well.

I agree. That's what pisses me off about this. It would be one thing if I ordered late.

iPhone 6+ 128gb Silver

Received the thank you for your order email at 1:19am pst

Original expected dates: 10/31 - 11/11
Bumped to: 10/13 - 10/31
Bumped again to: 10/2 - 10/13

Have not received an email from att saying that my order will be shipping on those expected dates. My charge has dropped and has not been recharged and there are no updated through fedex or ups.

I decided I'm not lining up because if they do indeed deliver on 10/12 or 13 then I save myself some money from the early upgrade fee.
