Leaving a bad review for any of the CSRs &/or giving anyone working in the stores a hard time is pretty messed up. They're likely working with the information that's been given to them & (as we all know) that changes from hour to hour. I think 99.9% of them are trying to do the best they can under what's probably the most stressful week of their entire year.

Do I want my phone tomorrow? Yes, I wanted it yesterday (lol). But I'm not going to try & make someone else's day miserable when they have absolutely nothing to do with any of this. The ones to write complaint letters & bad reviews to are in the executive offices at AT&T (& Apple) for screwing up, yet another, roll-out.


yeah...that's pretty messed up. Not their fault you didn't get an answer you liked. some people on this thread need dang lives man.
 
Apologies if it has been asked. Any AT&T store employees around here that happen to know if they will have 6+ in store tomorrow?

My friend said as of this morning they only had the 6 not the 6 plus, but said like always it could change.
 
Has anyone in here who got that "We are still expecting to ship your order by December 46th 2065" email had their order ship out after the fact?
 
Is anyone who ordered an iPhone 6 Plus from AT&T actually seeing any change in their order dates yet?

I have had one change. I had the dates of 10/13 - 10/22 as my ship dates. It has been bumped up to 10/2 - 10/13.

I pre-ordered my iPhone 6 Plus Space Gray exactly at 12:01 a.m. on 9/12. You would think that pre-ordering at exactly 12:01 a.m. PT on 9/12 would have resulted in a "Will be delivered on 9/19" shipping status.

I ordered same phone at 12:09 and got same thing it's bogey 15 min early preorders real messed with the 6+ pre order line
 
I was at a store about that time. They were stating 7-14 days for the 6 64GB Grey... so I went with silver.

Just curious... did yours say 7-14 days or the 19th?

It said 7 to 14 on the iPad at checkout. But the confirmation email I received gave an estimate of 10/13-10/31 (over a month) for the expected date.
 
It was an iPhone 6 16GB phone...doesn't really surprise me. Honestly - I have a hard time understanding why anyone would order the 16GB phone - I suspect those are easy to get a hold of leading up to launch. It is the 64GB and 128GB phones (especially the 128GB 6+ like I ordered) that are in short supply due to higher demand.
Right.. Keeping jumping the threads.. This is the AT&T 'any phone goes thread'.. Not the 6+ thread.. And, yes, 16s are in HUGE supply.. But from AT&T? Or did he order from Apple... People aren't being specific in this thread.. :(
 
That's the only change I've seen is when mine got bumped to 10/2-10/13 on Tuesday. I'm hoping (fingers crossed) that maybe a bunch of them just haven't updated in the system yet & tomorrow we'll all be surprised by visits from the UPS & FedEx man. ...not holding my breath but I'm hopeful! :rolleyes:

Been reading around the forums since these threads have started. I'm like many of you: feeling super anxious, confused, frustrated, etc. about this whole preorder, when am I getting my iPhone scenario.

I've seen a couple of iPhone 6 Pluses being shipped.

Has anyone who ordered an iPhone 6 Plus 128GB in Space Gray gotten any shipping confirmation?

It seems the ones who ordered a 64GB model are not having any luck, but I was wondering about those who considered the larger capacity iPhone.

Very few 128GB SG +'s if any. That's what I'm supposed to be getting so I've been keeping a close eye on it. Seems like I've seen quite a few 64GB SG +'s though.

Come on, all we need is one more wave like yesterday!
 
Ordered two iPhone 6+ 16GB Space Grey at 3:01am and 3:02am EST on 9/12, my estimated shipping dates are 10/3 to 10/13

It looks like the number of iPhone flights heading into the states is tapering off, at least compared to yesterday. Two flights arrived about 6 hours ago, with one more taking off in about 5 hours, and one still heading into Anchorage from China.
 
I had to order through my rep, it's an enterprise account it's going on.

They charge the phone itself to our bill...

I did a delayed-delivery email to our rep to be in his mailbox at 12:01AM EDT on 9/12.

We ordered 2 SG 128GB and 1 Silver 128GB.

He put the order in around noon on the 12th....:mad::mad::mad:

Estimated shipping is 11/11-11/27

I just had to order 1 more regular IP6.... and when I was talking to him I asked him about the delivery dates... he said the dates are actually provided by Apple, but are usually overestimated. Apple will process the pre-orders first come, first served, across all channels, both their own internal sales and carrier sales.

Don'e know if that's true or not. Meanwhile.... I am hoping to have my phone by Thanksgiving. :(
 
Visited 3 att stores today near My house, i live in PuertoRico. every one of them have just 5 iphone 6plus and a lot of iphone 6. We have to camp outside starting at 8PM tonight to get a shot at one of them and that is if the employees dont try to get it.


I'm from Puerto Rico as well, any particular att store? I ordered mine but it hasn't shipped so I was planning to camp for an iPhone
 
No signature required with FedEx

Does anybody know if this is signature required for Fedex?
It doesn't say anything about it on the tracking page..

Not sure if this has been answered or not as I haven't looked through everything for a couple of days, but...at&t chat indicated no signature required, called FedEx and they confirmed that it is not marked a signature required package. As long as the delivery person feels it can be left securely, they will leave it. If not, they will leave a ticket on the door.

:) ordered my gfs iPhone 6 128gb on sunday and had a shipping date of 2-3 weeks. Got shipping e-mail last night for delivery tomorrow by 8PM. She's definitely excited to say the least.
 
Are FedEx shipments searchable the way UPS is? With respect to phone number being the reference number?

Received the thank you for your order email at 1:19am pst

Original expected dates: 10/31 - 11/11
Bumped to: 10/13 - 10/31
Bumped again to: 10/2 - 10/13

Have not received an email from att saying that my order will be shipping on those expected dates. My charge has dropped and has not been recharged and there are no updated through fedex or ups.

I decided I'm not lining up because if they do indeed deliver on 10/12 or 13 then I save myself some money from the early upgrade fee.



This is exactly my situation, same phone, same dates. Last night at like 3am, my pending charge dropped, and from what I've read on this thread, that is usually a sign that your phone is being prepped to ship, and the charge may or may not come back on your account before you receive your phone. I think ATT is working round the clock to fulfill these orders, but the website info doesn't refresh as quickly. I hope you stick it out because I'm pretty sure most of us will have a tracking number by tonight. I feel badly for people who are panicking and canceling their orders because of lack of real-time info. The att reps know nothing, the store reps don't know how many 6+ they're getting (IF ANY), the websites don't refresh in realtime, so best way to track progress is on FedEx/UPS, and of course your bank account. As the saying goes, "follow the money.." ;)
 
Anyone else still have status of " Preparing shipment " with a ship date of 9/17-9/18 for the Iphone 6 ( 16 GB/SB )
