AT&T Pre-order status

64g iPhone plus ordered 3:20am edt stuck on shipping10/02......Hopes have dwindled.

Whats got two thumbs and probably aint gettin' an iPhone till 10/06?


Ill be giving it a few more hours of faint hope, but oh well. Still have my backup phone, and it really *should be* only two weeks.
 
Mine is 2 pounds as well with the same route haha must be all the protective cushioning in the package. Or another phone ;)
 
mine was stuck at "preparing for shipment" with date "9/17-9/18" since 09/15. just checked it and it now says "shipped"... ##. ip6+ 64 gb gold

I would try that buy I don't want to process a order and then cancel my preorder and then be SOL when I process the apple order. I've never bought via apple so I don't know when it would tell you in the order process if the phone is available for this at a given store.

There is a way to check if it is available in store before you would place the order.

Go Here:

Select your model, carrier, color, size, and you can see if it is available for pickup at the bottom of the screen before you continue on.
 
For all with Pending Confirmation

For all with pending confirmation status, just ignore the premier status page, its all BS. Just go to normal at&t order status page and enter your phone number and zipcode.

I ordered at around 3:45am on 12th and got confirmation email at 5:40am. My premier status says pending confirmation, but when I checked thru normal orde r status, it shows shipped and with a fedex shipping number. Hope this helps everybody .....

I just talked to att rep and asked if there was any processing issues with my card. She said no all is good and i should be receiving my phone 10/2-10/13.

Asked if theres was any chance i would get my phone tomorow, And she said NO sorry theres is no chance ;(

And i just checked my card and they havent charged my card yet so untill i get cahrge i wont be seeing a tracking number.

My Silver 64GB 6+ (ordered at 12:10AM) still shows "Preparing to ship" on that page. :(
 
Just to let you guys know. I ordered around 12pm est on 9/12. iPhone 6 sg 64gb and originally got a date of 10/13-10/31. Received an email from att today confirming my shipping dates. When I went to the order status page it says it was shipped and has a fedex tracking number to deliver tomorrow.
 
ALL phones? Even the 6+ 128gb SG?

I check the AT&T page & it's still saying 10/2-10/13. :(

I just checked mine that way and it's still preparing to ship... :confused: I ordered mine at the exact time as you and got my confirmation at the same time for a 16gb iPhone 6.

Yea I just tried that today and I got everything. Thought it was weird that the order hadn't been updated since the 12

Not true. I was a premier order that ordered at 2:30 CST on the 12th. ATT site still says 10/2-10/13.

I feel badly for people who are panicking and canceling their orders because of lack of real-time info. The att reps know nothing, the store reps don't know how many 6+ they're getting (IF ANY), the websites don't refresh in realtime, so best way to track progress is on FedEx/UPS, and of course your bank account. As the saying goes, "follow the money.." ;)

Oh I won't be cancelling and I won't be waiting in any lines. It's not that I don't want to but I don't have this desire to have it launch day. If they deliver towards the end of the estimated date then that's better for me as I'll save $150+ from the early upgrade fee. I just think it's crazy about the expectations when it comes to preordering, production, apple, carrier, etc...
 
Well still no change on att site. still says pending shipment with dates of 10/2-10/13. My card was fully charged and processed yesterday but still no tracking number. I'm pretty sure the charges don't go through till this ship for phone. lets hope att needs to update their site.
