Folks: how are you being screwed? It's barely Monday (in the US), give the ship dates a few days to sort out. If you don't get your phone on 9/19, then you may have an issue.

There's been many stories of phones being shipped with status still showing pending or estimates still showing delays.

Well, crow actually tastes pretty good, served up with th an iPhone 6. Maybe ATT is to big.
What we have here is a failure to communicate.

It's all about FedEx or UPS hubs at this point. They ship in crazy ways, but tend to deliver on time.

this is because the Oakland location is the west coast hub and closest to you. mine also just left Oakland but it's only traveling 20min into the South Bay.
