Of course it wouldn't fly you would need a lot of proof but still totally wrong to allow that to happen as far as moral standards go and most laws are moral based if it's illegal usually morally wrong or just plain not fair I know life isn't fair blah blah" still totally sucks to get pushed back because you followed what should have been the preorder rules #

I can understand the antenna problem...but we're talking about time of sales. I get what happened but I don't see this going far

That's very strange. What do you think the rationale for that would be? It it meant to protect the brick & mortar storefronts?

I ordered a 6 Plus 128gb at 11:45 PST because the AT&T site opened early, I have mine pinned for delivery tomorrow, as well as a tmobile 6 ordered from the Apple website. What is everyone else's experience? My delivery dates were originally late october put were pushed up and the device was shipped yesterday.

Yeah, that stung. Still not sure why. I asked a couple of folks at the AT&T store I pre-ordered at, they were mum.

Is that true? And if so, wouldn't Apple be responsible for replacing the device if it is a manufacturing defect, instead of going through Apple Care?

Those are phones to fulfill the orders of those who have a tracking number that was scanned in China already. Not for people who wish to get a tracking number tonight. We have to wait until the next load of phones. This blows.
