My whole ATT Biz order was a total failure this year. My rep usu orders for me at midnight. I couldn't get in touch with him, so I tried at midnight. You know how that went - it didn't get anything. I have to use biz reps since I have a biz acct.
I found my rep Friday am - a new one! I called and left VMs and Emailed to no avail. I finally called and talked to whoever answered and he was nice enough to take my order, but he said he couldn't enter it! It had to go through the rep. Of course, he said he would send it right over to her. That was 0800.
I finally go through to her at 1300 and she never got it. She "put it right in", so I thought I was set. The next day, 24 hours later, I get an Email stating that I would have to sign the Next installment agreement before the order would go through. After that, I got the confirmation Email with expected shipment of my 6 Plus November 27th!!! Right!
The status then changed to "Preparing for Shipment". Maybe I was going to get it early. I waited until today and it never changed. Said anticipated ship in November. I called to cancel so I could go to a store tomorrow am. Guess what they told me? The order cannot be cancelled since it is labeled as shipping. I was ready to scream!!
After talking to 4 different reps, I finally found someone who could cancel it.
Now I go wait in line tomorrow am..... I am considering changing carriers!!
