AT&T Pre-order status

Alright all - I'm going to sleep. I plan on getting up here in a few hours to head to AT&T and then head straight to work. Good luck to all of you who are doing the same. hopefully we all can get an iPhone.


and remember if you don't get one... it;s not a big deal. Theres a ton of things worse in life than not getting an iPhone.
 
Website Updates My Delivery Date to Tomorrow!

My day after the pre-sale order of AT&T Gold 64GB iPhone 6 with ship date of 9/23/14-10/2/13 just updated with tracking that shows where it has been on its way and will be here Tomorrow 9/19/14!

Same with the 16 GB iPhone 6 Gold. Both updated and I have tracking numbers for both. Both to be delivered tomorrow by eight.

Oh, post pretty shiny pics of all these new iPhone 6+'s and I'll live vicariously through them. As I'm sure most people will.....

I was pulling an all nighter anyway because this is the busy season for me and I work 100 hours a week in August and September, so I also ordered a regular 6 for my sister, who didn't want to stay up. It shipped yesterday.

This is extra good for me because I'm traveling non-stop through the end of the year and coordinating where to ship the device to was a real problem.

So jealous! Glad there's still people getting shipping confirmations this late. Making me hopeful again...
 
Well, I got the dreaded "AT&T Order Status" email that says my order is still expected to ship between 10/13-10/22.

I'm still hoping for a magic delivery tomorrow.... but I don't think it's likely. Lame.

I haven't seen many people posted the dates of 10/13-10/31 or later with tracking info. Unless people just aren't specifying their dates.

Not true. Numerous CS reps have told me that we can absolutely cancel the orders for the pre-order, as long as it has not been put on a truck or packaged up. Also, they also said that as of yesterday, all cancellations are immediately applied, as well as your upgrades.

I spoke with a ATT rep and he told me that as of today they were having IT problems with canceling orders (in store) and immediately ordering another with the upgrade. Not that the order cannot be canceled, but the upgrade being visible for them to place another order via in store. He (ATT Rep/friend) also said that they only have 3 of each color/size for the 6 Plus. And that is in a big mall in Indiana.
 
Did anyone who got the dreadful e-mail, end up getting any changes to their account today? I'm trying to find a little hope that that e-mail was just a mistake lol
 
Ok soo, mine is still saying 9/23-10/2 (ordered a 6 16gb s/w on the 13th, original order on 12th got cancelled because AT&T is so easy to work with) I called my local walmart and the electronics guy told me he knows nothing about the new iPhones and have to wait till the wireless department opens at 9. Gonna try AT&T first and if no phones then I'll head to walmart
 
This is to Anyone Near Bayamon Puerto Rico. I am already outside of the att store waiting in line, and i am the only one here and there is 5 iPhone 6 Plus. Im At The Drive -in plaza in bayamon#

Never got this email.. what is it? Mine still says 10/2-13. No follow up or change in the last 4 days.

I'm hoping you are right, that's for sure. But there is sooooo much info going back and forth and around and around....i don't know what to think now. Calling AT&T is worthless at this point...just got hung up on for the 3rd time, plus once I waited 1.5 hours on hold...i took a nap...lol:apple:

im in the exact same boat,word for word.Placed my order as soon as at&t's site would let me in (approx 3:50am) i got a text message next morning about being sent to warehouse for shipment.Still stuck with 10-13/10-22 date and i got that email you mentioned earlier today.Im sure i won't get it but I'm still somewhat hoping.Good luck :(

My story:

Model: Gold 6+ 64 GB
Ordered: 9/12/14 @ just past 2AM PDT. I ordered through the consumer site.
Shipping estimate: 10/2/14 - 10/13/14
No tracking number yet. Nothing on UPS My Choice or FedEx yet.

I'm still hoping for a launch day delivery. Judging by some of the more optimistic posts, it's still a possibility.

Just curious, anyone in the Bay Area get a tracking number or shipment e-mail/text yet?
 
From what I see, a lot of ip 6+ orders have their estimate shipping date on 10/2-10/13 (including me)...

It makes me scared that AT&T will push the shipping date further when 10/2 is coming.
