AT&T Pre-order status

I'm in the same situation ... I didn't have this problem with AT&T when I pre-ordered by iPhone 5 and it seems things have changed for the worse. My order was processed at 12:34am PST on 9/12.

I'll only going to pre-order from AAPL direct from this point forward.

Nah, not talking about that. It's a pay to upgrade "early" option. You basically still swap your phone in, they just bill you the remainder of your next bill. They let you trade with no fee at the 12 month point (every year). What you CAN do is trade in the phone early say at the 7 month mark, and pay the remaining 5 months off leading up to month 12.

Same here, except grey 6 64gb. Preparing for shipment with a date of 9/17 - 9/18. I spoke with AT&T online chat and they said orders are shipped in the order they're received, but to call 866-267-4510 and they might be able to help. I'm currently on hold with them.

Is anyone else on fedex vehicle for delivery yet? Mine is still at local fedex facility at our local airport... ....s.. .s... ...
 
I ordered my phone on Sunday at 8am PST. iPhone 6 128GB Silver. Just got my tracking number and it will be delivered on Monday.

By the way, check your tracking, if you don't see movement, call them. That is how I noticed. The other two phones were in truck for delivery, but mine just showed Shipment received. There was no information about it being misrouted on the tracking website.

...I'm just going to call the Premier number at 9 when they open.

In happy news, my 64 Space Gray plain old 6 that I ordered from att will make its way to me later today according to FedEx.
 
Yo!! I got my phone!! I ordered a 6 on 9/12 and had the dates of 9/23-10/2 and never changed. Went to an AT&T store this morning before work and had them cancel it and picked one up! No waiting either. I'm actually using it right now :D
 
Well I'm still in the November 9 to 27th range as of today.. Even with a 2-3 week range that the guy at the att store was telling me it puts it in line with the galaxy note 4 shipping date.. Choices..

the cancel button was gone for most of yesterday but was there til then, and reappeared last evening so most of time I have had it. Not gonna cancel because the odds are slim to none of finding the 6 Plus I want -- the image stabilization in the lense is a biggie for me, otherwise I could have been happy with the 6 and I like the idea it is kinda like a smaller iPad mini and can view nicer videos on it. So I just gonna have to wait a couple more weeks (maybe sooner after todays rush is over)

In short, AT&T says their system shows I should get it today, but if not I can call them on Monday for another update.

So pretty much, wait until it shows up since there isn't anything AT&T can do. Oh well.

Not me. I tried - no wonder there was nobody in line. :( ... five people - i got there at 7:30 AM (opened at 8 AM) - and then the reps said they didn't receive any plus'. I'm glad I didn't wait longer then that. I found that out within 5 min of being there.

I considered getting in line around 4am... so glad I didn't.
