Ordered via website on 9/12. Got one for my wife at the same time as well. Funny it is but one of them is coming via FedEx while the other is coming they ups. Both are supposed to be on their way for delivery today. I reside in philly

if your still expecting for a tracking # call att if you can cacel your order then it has NOT shipped and wont be deliver by today. Best way to find out if youre phone has shipped or not.
Perhaps this all could have been avoided if you'd have dumped that credit card company after the SECOND time they screwed you!
My phone is on fedex's truck so I'm heading to bestbuy to purchase a case and screen protectors. I hope everyone has a happy ending today.
So mine was just delivered and literally a minute earlier it said out for delivery. So don't be surprised if it says at sort facility and it's late. They probably didn't have enough time to scan it or something. Now I'm just waiting for my apartment front office to e-mail me if there are actually 1 or 2 packages. Hoping there's a 6+ in there too!! 
I ordered my iphone 6 plus space gray 16 GB at 12:01 am on 9/12. I should be one of the first to receive their shiny new phones. But alas my shipping date is still stuck on 10/3 - 10/12 and showing movement despite the reports by everyone else here. I SHOULD be one of the FIRST to be getting theirs.

Please keep us informed on how this goes for you. This is traditionally a huge bottleneck, as their servers get slammed. There are often first-day delays on activation.
I'm hoping it goes well, as I want to mail my 5S to Gazelle today, but don't want to do it until I have a working phone!

I will be interested to also hear that. I am one of the 128 GB slate grey 6 pluses, and the famous 10/2-10/13 holding pattern. No changes, but would love to know if any of you with pluses and same status get a surprise delivery today, then there might be hope otherwise I will suffer on my old 64 GB 5s for a couple more weeks!
I have almost the exact same story except mine is silver. No tracking at all, so no phone. Orders placed after ours have received tracking so I don't know what to tell you. It's definitely not first come, first serve.
mine is out for delivery! so upset i have to work till 11pm tonight, wont be able to even see it until then.
Not to get your hopes up but I've seen several people state they were charged a couple days AFTER their phone arrived.

I asking for some help from other ppl in the Chat. On the morning of 9/12, i place my order for the iPhone 6 plus gold 64GB at 3:49 Est (2:49CDT). I received two emails and a promotional code for a iPad. the two emails, one was a conformation email stating that my order was place and i received another email that was about the order status, the conformation emails came at 3:56 Est on the 12th and the other email came the 12th at 6:18 Est. Also i Got a text stating that my order was processed and it was being sent to the warehouse for shipment that was the 12th at 9:02 Est Also, I have been checking my statues since the day of Preorder, and i have been at the same date since the it all started my date is 10/2 - 10/13, i feel so stupid for preordering, because i never preorder any other products i always waited until everything died down, but i was so excited to see what offers apple had with the new phone, but as I'm reading the thread and i see ppl had tracking numbers since Monday, i don't know how come i didn't received a tracking number. i want to call ATT and see what going on by i know that Reps and others will tell me lies or give the truth and i can't do nothing about. I ordered 3 IP+ 128GB early afternoon on the 12th.
2 had a ship date between Oct 31 - Nov 11.
1 had a ship date between Nov 9 - Nov 27.
FEDEX just dropped off the first 2!!!!
I don't have tracking numbers for the other one. I really hope I get a surprise when the UPS truck comes along, usually around 1pm.
The one remaining one is actually mine... the other two are for someone else.
It's the opposite of first come first serve. My orders were in and emails received before the midnight launch and someone who ordered four days after me got delivery for today. All 6 + phones. #attfail

I just recently moved into a new place and have no idea what time Fedex normally shows up. At my old place it was around 8-9am, which was badass. I don't think that's gonna be the case here though.
Time to setup prisoner in my own home again. At least I have Destiny to keep me busy.

A number of people experienced this a couple of days ago. I think FedEx is just giving themselves the rest of the day to account for high volume.
You've got me beat! I'm rocking 2x of the same, currently sitting on expected ship dates of 10/2 - 10/13.
I've been really tempted to press the blue "cancel preorder" button on the premier order status page, but I'm scared that it'll be one click and *poof* back of the line! Also scared to know if would actually let me cancel in the first place!
friend of mine, walked into a AT&T store minutes before it opened, bought a silver iphone 6+ 64 gig, with no problems....YET I EFF'N PREORDERED AND I GOTTA WAIT!!!
