Just checked the status of my order and it just opened a blank white page with the word "LULZ" in giant bold red print.
 
Did you get a tracking # or email letting you know that this was going to happen?

FedEx had me scheduled for an 8 PM delivery so I decided not to go into to work late. I would have otherwise.


Indeed, a small problem in the grand scheme. I definitely feel for those of you who won't have one for awhile yet.
 
My husbands boss walked into att and bought a 6+ gold 64 in Minnesota. The store only got 6 pluses and he was 6th in line. Yet I get to wait until November.

You've got me beat! I'm rocking 2x of the same, currently sitting on expected ship dates of 10/2 - 10/13.

I've been really tempted to press the blue "cancel preorder" button on the premier order status page, but I'm scared that it'll be one click and *poof* back of the line! Also scared to know
if would actually let me cancel in the first place!:eek:


Best to sit tight and wait I think.

the demand is insane right now. I'm seeing them go for 1700 on eBay

Weird. I ordered from AT&T around 4am EDT after trying forever using the Apple Store app. It said 9/19 delivery when I ordered and sure enough I have it now.
 
Like most premier customers who ordered mins after pre-order went live, still waiting on shipping confirmation for 6+ 64GB SG with shipping est of 10/2-10/13. Still holding hope that i may get a delivery before i get tracking #'s and ship confirmation, I hear and see the UPS truck outside my apartment window so my ears and excitement perks up....only to see them just drive past by....sigh....utter disappointment....i'm assuming there goes half my hope as i don't imagine UPS sending 2 different trucks out at different times...FML

UPS does in fact have AM and PM routes. Just depends.

I am pre ordered 30 minutes into preorders. I've called att got my upgrade fee waived and a bill credit for the next 12 months. There is no way this was first come first serve. Still preparing to ship my 6 plus 10-3 to 10-12

I asking for some help from other ppl in the Chat. On the morning of 9/12, i place my order for the iPhone 6 plus gold 64GB at 3:49 Est (2:49CDT). I received two emails and a promotional code for a iPad. the two emails, one was a conformation email stating that my order was place and i received another email that was about the order status, the conformation emails came at 3:56 Est on the 12th and the other email came the 12th at 6:18 Est. Also i Got a text stating that my order was processed and it was being sent to the warehouse for shipment that was the 12th at 9:02 Est Also, I have been checking my statues since the day of Preorder, and i have been at the same date since the it all started my date is 10/2 - 10/13, i feel so stupid for preordering, because i never preorder any other products i always waited until everything died down, but i was so excited to see what offers apple had with the new phone, but as I'm reading the thread and i see ppl had tracking numbers since Monday, i don't know how come i didn't received a tracking number. i want to call ATT and see what going on by i know that Reps and others will tell me lies or give the truth and i can't do nothing about. I'm right there with you and have done this dance before. This time I actually got up at 3 AM but the Apple Store was down and AT&T took 30 minutes to connect as well. Should have waited for the Apple site to open. They give priority to their customers ( and Apple controls the inventory, not AT&T). Not much you can do now except make that fateful decision to cancel the order and then go to a 6 if you can find one at a brick and mortar. Finding a 6 + will be like finding a leprechaun. If you find an AT&T store with 6's available you can cancel the order there, but I think it might be harder to get it at the Apple Store if you have an existing pre-order to cancel. Best advice is to chill and wait it out and don't pre-order through AT&T again. They get lousy inventory from Apple for pre-orders. It's been that way for years.

Congrats to everyone receiving their 6 today, especially if it's a Plus! It didn't work out for me, but after reading similar stories, I wanted to share mine as well..

I preordered a gold 128GB Plus on 9/12, somewhere around 2:19 am CST after reloading both Apple & AT&T's pages for what felt like a million times. The only reason I used AT&T's site is because Apple's site (& app) would never load for me & I had to get up early for work. Anyway, I figured I was one of the lucky ones because the upgrade process went smoothly & I received an order acknowledgment three hours later. The estimated shipping said 7-14 days, but I wasn't too worried about it considering I'd ordered from them several years earlier & received the iPhone before I ever received a shipping notification (the notification actually appeared two days after I received the phone).

On Monday, the 15th, I received an email saying that my order had been canceled because I wasn't eligible for an upgrade. Totally confused, I checked my account on AT&T's site, which showed that my bill was past due even though the payment was scheduled to go thru the same day, which it did within the hour. I tried the live chat function (no one had "the information necessary to help me") & ended up having to call customer service several times throughout the morning until I finally got thru. I was told the iPhone I had ordered was "one of, if not the hardest version to get" - big woop - & that my order could not be reinstated because the status had officially been changed to "cancelled", even though it still said "pending" when I checked it later that day. Although the call was a waste of time, at least the worker was kind & polite.

Later that afternoon, I ordered thru Apple instead, which estimated 3-4 weeks. Honestly, I don't mind waiting; it's just that I was sooo close to *maybe* getting mine today LOL. My one question now is if this will screw up my upgrade eligibility for the 7X in 2016. Anyone reading this far in have any idea?
 
How funny that apple will be expanding into additional countries next week and we still don't have ours. I feel like the butt of some joke. Or just a butt. Joke's on me!

My first order for 16G 6+ Grey is still pending ( 1st order was placed at 3:12 AM EST ) and web site was crashing so i was not able to place my second order until 7 AM. note : both order's confirmation emails showed at my inbox at 7 AM.

Man I ordered at 7am this morning by speaking to retentions for a 6Plus space gray 128gb and they telling me it ships between 11/9-11/27. What the hell is up with a 2 month wait.

Not sure if that's true, though, honestly. I ordered my 6+ gold 128gb (same exact stuff as yours) at 11:58, which was a whole 3 minutes before it officially went live for pre-orders.
I got the confirmation e-mail INSTANTLY, and the PDF even has a time stamp saying 11:58PM on the 11th. I didn't get mine today either, and it says 10/02-10/13 delivery

Dumb. I'm ok with it though since my case won't arrive until next week anyway, thus meaning I wouldn't use my phone until next week anyway, but still..
