This was my first preorder experience, and while I have been patient all week with the lack of information, long waits to reach an ATT rep over the phone, losing basically a week of my normal life trying to figure out the "status", of my order, I finally got a REAL ANSWER about my iPhone 6+ status (ordered 3:40am EST)... My order HAS NOT BEEN UPDATED SINCE 9/12!!! NO ONE HAS EVEN LOOKED AT MY ORDER!!! 🙁 I found this out by asking if I could still cancel my preorder, because I figured that would be the best way to get the TRUTH about my order, so guess what? I'm now at my local ATT store picking up a 6 silver 128GB, and they are SO ORGANIZED here!! There are only 3 people ahead of me, they give you a ticket at the door for the phone you want (only catch is you can't change your mind once you get inside, LOL), they have ample stock of the 6 of course no 6+, but this experience is a blessing in disguise, because from what I see about the 6+, it is even bigger than my current Note 3 (which is already pushing the size limit for me,), it feels VERY AWKWARD to hold, and I've seen drop tests of the 6 and 6+ and the 6+ breaks ON THE FIRST DROP, while the 6 took like 3 tries!! And it only cracked, didn't break completely! So ATT has given me a HORRIBLE preorder experience, but the in-store feels great, we are sitting outside in the sun with our tickets for our phones, and that's that. I am beyond appalled at how much time ATT made me waste with the preorder. I know most of you got your phones and that's awesome, but for anyone who hasn't, think about your local store. I waited for a total of 4 MINUTES, and am now sitting inside comfortably getting my phone and discounted iPad mini, it is a pleasure to be in the store, and as you may have already guessed, I will NEVER preorder with ATT again.
