So I put a vacation hold at my home while I'm on vacation with Fedex and it did nothing. They dropped it on the doorstep and it will be there 5 hours until my neighbors get home. What are the odds it gets stolen?

I think if its on the way, it should already show up but I'm not sure. I just got an email from att also. (About time lol)

aww man i just received an order update from ATT saying that the date is still 10/2-10/13 :(:(

91% chance you will be phoneless when you get home.

It was a joke. Obviously its not rats. It was just UPS or FEDEX being the geniuses that they are
...and no you don't have rats wherever you go. Geez.

Tell people where, so they can get in on this awesomeness too

I'm in NY just outside the city, so I went to Westchester Central Ave. store. I got there around 2 which was a perfect time because no one was really there, when I left, there were more people but still manageable. I'd say 10 peeps were outside.

Mine arrived a few hours ago. Despite not having a way of getting the SIM card out (had to run to my landlord's office), I'm still waiting for AT&T to activate it. We're going into the 5th hour of waiting now.

So pissed at AT&T

So it looks like I, as well as most other AT&T "Premier" (yeah, I see how important we are now) members will not be receiving our iPhone 6 Plus preorders today. Called and it sounds like they can still cancel my order, even though I preordered my 128GB Space Gray iPhone 6 Plus at 3:27am EST on Friday, September 12, 2014. What I started to think about today that worries me is this: I got an email at 5:01am EST on Friday, September 12, 2014 saying my order has been RESERVED and will ship in 14-21 days. But on Saturday, September 13 at 9:01am, I got a text (from 1113003) saying that my order has been processed... It looks like my order may have actually been processed MORE THAN 24 hours later.

So it looks like AT&T ROYALLY decided to screw over the Premier members by not processing their orders fast enough, and thus putting us at the end of their queue. You would think a company like AT&T would have the intelligence to properly use their database to process orders in the order that they were done, but alas, looks as if they are not up-to-date. The only thing keeping me with AT&T is my unlimited data plan, if I did not have that I would've dropped them today and gone to Verizon.

I see that there are 4 more planes coming in tonight to Louisville INTL. Would UPS/FEDEX deliver on Saturday? Sunday? Because I feel like with the demand, Apple is trying to produce what is needed, so I may get this phone somewhat soon, but who knows...? I mean my cancel button came back last night, so that saddened me... This is my first time in 4 years that I do not get a new iPhone on launch day. #ThanksAT&T

*sigh* I hate the waiting game. FedEx came hours ago with my iPhone 6, but UPS is still "out for delivery" with my boyfriend's phone. C'mon... lol

went in the store held the plus and the regular. Decided to cancel my order for the preorder plus and purchased a standard 6 while i was there. The plus is huge even compared to my old note 2. Support was able to cancel my preorder and refresh my upgrade eligibility while i was in store and i left with a new 6 64gb. easy enough. took less than 20 mins.

I ordered the 16gb 6+ sg around 8:30am on the 12th. My order has been stuck in "preparing to ship" with the expected date of 10/13-10/22. Anyone else have this date and heard anything?

I know I'm not some royal person and there are A LOT of pissed off folks like me, but I ordered my 6+ at 2:45 EST in the morning. Yet people ordering the same day at like 10:00 AM are getting there's today? WTF at&t! How do they not have some sort of order queue? It's ridiculous. I'm not mad at anyone who got their 6+ today. In fact, I'm happy for them. It's nice to see people get a stroke of luck going their way. I'm just mad that for all my troubles of waking up in the middle of the night to order my phone have practically gone to waste, being that I still have gotten no confirmation of shipment from at&t. So at&t, GET IT RIGHT NEXT YEAR!!!!

There are 9 different models (3 colors, 3 GB's). From what I have seen, most of the late orders that got delivered today were the 128GB models.

Exact same thing happened to me.

Well no surprise iPhone for me. Ordered at 4:24am on launch.

Had Visa call and alert fraud charges on the phone via an automated call about 10am that day and resolved that about 12pm.

Got my processed text 9/13 at 9:24am.

Went from Nov 9, to Oct 13-22, to Oct 2-13 Ship.

Nothing in FedEx Insight or UPSMyChoice.

Hopeful for next week I suppose.

I was also a Note 2 guy. The thing about the plus is that it's more awkward and look much larger than the note 2 because its taller and not as wide. At-least that's what I came away thinking.

ordered my phone on 9/11 at 11:58. got the iphone 6 plus 64g Space Gray. order status still states "Preparing to Ship" 10/2 - 10/13. I went directly through ATT and i am really starting to rethink this.

Has anyone ordered a 6 Plus space gray through ATT?

I am waiting on a space gray 6+ with 128gig. I ordered at midnight PDT on the 12th.

My original delivery date was 10/12-10/24 and now it is 10/13.

The odd thing is that my "cancel pre-order" button went away which I foolishly thought was progress. It reappeared a couple of days later. My card has not been charged so I am not holding my breath that I will see anything today.

As a side note, I ordered a silver 6 with 64gig right after my 6+ and it arrived this afternoon.

Currently it is in activation limbo.

Hope that helps.

Given up hope of getting my 6+ 64 SG today. Called AT&T and the rep gave me the same shipping estimate that the website says (10/13-10/22), but then he went on to say that the estimates are "worst case scenarios" and that I should expect it much sooner than that. Oh, but then he ends with "but don't be upset if it doesn't come until the listed delivery date".

Sounds like CYA to me.
