I got a text from AT&T saying the order had processed. No email.

OK, I was secretly hoping for a miracle today, but didn't really think it would happen, especially when my "Cancel Order" button on the Premiere site re-appeared today. My order (not placed until Sunday!) finally showed up with a UPS tracking number this afternoon. It will be delivered on Monday (I'm in northeast Georgia). Since my original dates have always been estimated 9/23-10/2, and since I ordered so late, this is happy news! FYI for anyone still waiting...the UPS reference number has nothing to do with either my phone number or my order number. The weight shown is 1.2 pounds.
What does your order status on the at&t page say?
I work for Verizon Wireless and I have been in pure torture all day activating iPhone 6+ while I am "awaiting shipment" for my ATT phone. So sad...

Does ur order status page on the att website say preparing to ship with a 10/13 - 10/31 date still?
My order status says "preparing to ship" I went to att and ordered it to trade in my iPhone 4 that was sitting in a drawer so I could get the $200 promotion card now I have to wait. It was worth it to get the money to pay my phone bill but I wish apple had prepared for the plus demand better.

By having it shipped to my work address, not that far from the UPS center, I got mine 6 before 8:30 am this morning. Get the business addresses out of the way, leave the residential areas until later in the day since many people will be at work.
If shipped to my home, I would have expected them to either show up at 1:30, and leave a note, or show up at 8pm, the end of a long day for the UPS driver.

at att, i have my street address and apartment number right next to each other.
with the fedex, i have the apt # on line 2. hahaha i tried fixing it back but i already made a lot of attempts that it needs verification
Mine is the same as yours and it still came up. I think they go with the number and street name first.

I got a IP6 128 GB SG - I'm still stuck and for the life of me I don't understand why.
That is EXACTLY what happened to me. I have the Note 3 and I preordered the 6+ thinking it is the same size because of the 5.5 inch screen, but NO, it is BIGGER and very, very awkward to hold. I ended up going to my local ATT store today, after a week of preorder HELL and finding out this morning that my "preorder" never even PROCESSED! The BEST way for people to find out if their order is ready for shipment is to call and ask if you can CANCEL YOUR ORDER, because then they are forced to tell you what us REALLY going on with your order (as opposed to all the bs we have been hearing all week). Anyway, they told me my order was not processed and my October delivery dates were accurate, so I decided to go to my local store and get the 6, if they had it. What a blessing in disguise this whole thing has been! because just like you, once I actually had the 6+ in my hand, I realized it was not going to work for me, the Note 3 is already at the max size for me to comfortably handle, so wow, what a good move on my part to go to the store! There was no line (I went at 2pm today and I live in a biggish city), they were super organized about how to get your phone, I waited 4 minutes in the sun outside until they called me, and got the whole deal done in under an hour, opted for the iPad mini retina for $200 bucks off, got a FREE CASE for my phone (cuz the manager remembered me from earlier in the week when I went in to sort out my preorder mess), they were SO NICE and APOLOGIZED for all my trouble, they took great care of me so MORAL OF THE STORY, I will NEVER PREORDER AGAIN!!

I got my IP6 haha.
It took forever to restore from the iCloud, so I cancelled it, backedup my IP5 to iTunes and restored from there.
OT: Now I have a backup of my iP5 and iP6 on iCloud storage. Can I delete the iP5 backup in a few weeks after iP6 gets backed up more to the iCloud?
On the bright side, activation and restore from iCloud should be a breeze by the time our phones arrive!

And to think we will be watching people all over the world opening their new 6+ iPhones before we get ours even though we were the very first to order. Irony can be cruel.
