I have premiere and I'm not getting my phone till 10/2-10/13. No email yet so I have given up hope of getting it before then.

No email or anything yet so I have given up on getting it before the estimated shipping date. Tried an ATt store and they said they are out of 6+ till November. So I guess I'm waiting.
Just got an email confirmation from att premier with the tracking info attached.... I appreciate my discount as a student! But, not being able to cancel my order just because my item was in the warehouse on Thursday was silly! They didn't know when it would ship, but it was in the warehouse and due to high demand couldn't give me an answer.... Couldn't help but laugh on the phone with the lady stating my phone is in the warehouse? She said correct and I nicely said but you don't know any more about shipping or cancelling it? And are saying it could go to someone else? She just went silent... I apologized because I know their job sucks! Just couldn't wrap my head around it! I need to sell my oneplus one and get back on team apple! I can't text on smaller phones! So I went to Android and I enjoy their phones, but you do have to upgrade them constantly due to them depreciating and not functioning well after 6 months to a yr unlike all the iPhones I owned; up to the 4s...always play with my sisters 5s...sorry that came out wrong! lol... AT&T is so full of BS. Pre-order a 16GB silver 6 Plus on the 12th at 2PM in store (due to other matters), it has been on the 11/09/2014 - 11/27/2014. Went today to the store to check the phones and asked a question about my order to a rep, she checked and told me that if I pre ordered on the 12th, I should be getting it by this week. Spent some time with the phones until my dad (account owner) came, we asked again but to another rep, which was more harsh and told us that all 6 Plus' will be getting shipped on November or maybe even December, she didn't even asked for our account info -___-

Just talked to my friend who is an assistant manager of an att store he said next week he is hoping they will have the 6 plus or at least more than 1 or 2 and believes they will be shipping much faster than what att reps are saying! He has been talking to regional people in my state about the issues and they are aware of the debacle!
Anyone having trouble erasing and resetting all on previous iPhone? I get an error: Verification failed, there was an error connecting.....

I ordered three 64 gb thru ATT , my ship dates same as yours and received all three on Friday the 19th at launch. My status didn't change thill Thursday. Don't give up hope.

I was wondering if anyone with the 11/09-11/27 time slot had any changes made on order status, date moved up or any emails ?
My phone line is through my work and I won't receive any emails but I can access the order status and mine hasn't moved that I've noticed anyway.
Mine was ordered on the 12 th around noon. (would of been a lot sooner but I wasn't able to order it, had to be done by "Account Manager")

Is there a difference between pre ordering in store than online..because i pre ordered in store on the 13th and still have a shipping date of 10/13 - 10/31 ..i pre ordered a iphone 6 16gb spce grey

Called AT&T and did the online CSR chat. Both said the EXACT same thing:
"Based on the account that pulls up for your order it shows as an account I do not have access to. We do however have another chat group that can assist with your particular request, but unfortunately this department is currently closed. Would you like their phone number for future reference?"
AT&T is ridiculous. How fragmented is their company? I just want info on my order, and they continue shuffle their customers around to different departments.

My ship date is also 10/2 - 10/13. Absolutely no movement since it was moved up from 10/13 - 10/22. Jerks. I ordered an iphone 6 Plus 16GB space gray.

It really pisses me off when I pre-ordered at 12:01 am and ATT gives people who ordered their 6 pluses theirs when they ordered at 10:30 effing am!!!!
I started at 10/2-10/13 and remain. 64gb SG plus. I paid it straight out so there shouldn't have been much to my order smh. No movement. Ordered and confirm e before 2:50am Est launch night.
shouldn't be a difference, but with the mess att seems to be in, who knows?! I ordered at 7am central time on the 12th. Shipping dates are the same as yours and have been since tuesday.
