update again!
just received a text message from fedex with a delivery date for monday by 8pm! att playing with me lol at least it saved me the drive to sf (live in sacramento)...but then again I still need to go to the city eventually for business =\

Finally!
I woke up around 6am and saw that there were a few Apple stores in my area that had the iPhone 6+ available for pick up today, but I was scared to cancel my order with Premier and not see my eligibility update quick enough to go and buy the phone from Apple today, so I figured, fine, I'll just stick it out.
Around 9am today, I was being shown dates 10/2-10/13 (that has been the status since Monday, before that I was in the 10/22-10/31 range, and before that I was in the 10/31-11/11 range!). I felt stupid for not trying the cancel route and going to any of the three Apple stores near me to go and just pick up the phone, but now I am feeling 100% better.
Posting this for those of you that were wondering about west coast orders, I am in the Bay Area!
Preordered iPhone 6+ Silver 16GB 9/12 around 12:45am, received confirmation email at 6:36am, never received a text. I've still yet to receive an email/text from AT&T about the item being shipped.

Anyone who isn't Premier? I ordered my silver iPhone 6+ 16GB at 12:15AM from AT&T on the 12th and the estimated ship dates haven't changed; 10/2-10/13. My confirmation was at 3:15AM. In case it was not clear, I'm not Premier.
I guess we learned that Apple will take care of Apple first and foremost. When the iPhone 7 releases I'm ordering direct from Apple no matter how early att opens sales.
I was able to get a 6+ from a local Apple store this morning. Actualy of the ~8 stores within a 2hr drive all but 1 had the phone I wanted in stock for pickup today.
And I was able to cancel my premier order within 10 mins on their site, though I used an additional line to secure the phone.
Woo just got a tracking # for Monday delivery! 16 gb silver 6+ ordered at 3:10 am through premier! And to think I almost cancelled this morning!!

Same garbage like everyone else.

Call att today and was told anyone who ordered before the 14th will get it this week.

I ordered my iPhone 6+ 64GB SG on Friday the 12th at 2:55 AM with confirmation at 4:32AM. I am a premiere member and I still haven't gotten a confirmation. I'm very upset now. I know that 3 Apple stores in my town have the iPhone I want but I'm afraid to cancel my pre-order. I better get this confirm now. I'm going crazy. Everyone seems to be getting confirm except me!

Yep, it appears that the 10-2 thru 10-13 crowd is finally seeing the light.
At this point will believe it when I see that tracking number.
