When I clicked on it yesterday, it asked to confirm. When I confirmed, I got the email to confirm again. Quickly confirned that yes I wanted to cancel so I can do the store pick up from Apple. It wouldn't let me even though after my confirmation email that order was cancelled was sent to me. That baffled me because reading this forum others were able to get their eligibility immediately. Two hours later I got another email stating my cancelation was not processed with no explanation. I called csr and their explanation was that it could have been shipped.
Fast forward many hours later I finally received confirmation of shipping for Monday.
So long story short, if you click on it and you are able to cancel successfully, it can mean your phone is not preparing to ship anytime soon. If you are unable to cancel, your phone is on its way. :)

Interesting. I had a csr on the phone yesterday am that was saying they could process a cancellation, then three hours later it shipped...go figure. You would think it would've lockdd me out to cancel sooner.
 
Just here to hopefully provide some hope to others. I ordered a 64gb 6+ SG 15 minutes before 12pst and got my shipment info tomorrow that it will be delivered on Monday. I Received a notification from fedex delivery manager 10-15 minutes before I got a text from ATT.
 
My first post, but I've been reading these posts for a while and haven't found an answer to my question yet- first my info:



Ordered at 3:08am eastern, 9/12

Premier customer

Ordered 6 plus, 64 gig SG (unicorn)

Estimated ship date started at 10/13 to 10/22, moved up a couple of days later to 10/2 -> 10/13

Charges were reserved without issue on my cc almost immediately the morning of the 12th



My question is about processing emails- we received 3 things within 24 hours:



- 9/12 4:25am: email, your iPhone has been reserved

- 9/12 7:49am: email, great news, order is being fulfilled

- 9/13 9:20am: Text message, order has been processed



My question: which of these 3 times represent the actual processing time? Can anyone provide times of their email/text times and whether they have shipping info yet for comparison purposes?


I don't think even AT&T knows the answer to that question
 
Just wanted to add on here that my iPhone 6 + 64 gb silver shipped yesterday at 3:55 PM and says will be delivered Monday by 3 pm. I preordered from AT&T's site at 1:40 am mountain time. Hope this helps anyone. Before it shipped it said estimated shipping was between 10/02 and 10/13
 
Still no movement on my iPhone 6 Plus 16GB Space Grey I PRE-ORDERED from AT&T at 12:01 a.m. on 9/12/2014.

Still no updates to the Apple Store for ANY Plus models in Southern California. WHAT THE ********!!!!!!!!

Me neither - 6+ 128 gb SG ordered at 1:30 am PT. Unless is shipped and they did not provide confirmation yet. :(

Premier customer here with the 10/2-10/13 window and haven't received any information on my order at all. Ordered iphone 6 plus 64gb white and gold.
 
Same here... Premier, ordered at 2:15 CST, 64 gb sg 6+, same estimated shipping dates. I tried canceling too since I'm going to be away on business for 7 weeks, they won't let me.
 
Just got my tracking number. 64 GB Silver 6+. Ordered at 1230 am PST. Found it on the AT&T site.



No email or text from AT&T or FedEx.

I ordered before you and still stuck on 10/2-13.. AT&T is not honoring their first come first serve basis.
 
My mom called AT&T yesterday to change her order from silver to space grey. The lady on the other end lied to her and told her it was changed when it wasn't. Mom called today and asked why she didn't get the email confirmation yet and was finally told that they could not change the order once it was placed. AT&T is stopping so low as to lie to people - what does that tell you?

Apple.com had a few 6+ 128 Silver available for in-store pickup, but AT&T is the worst and wouldn't cancel my pre-order in time. :mad:
 
I ordered my 6+ space gray 128gb around 1am PST. Originally it had a nice early ship date, then it switched to November. I cancelled and ordered one from apple. Next day they emailed me to say the cancellation didn't go through lol.

My dates moved up to 10/2 but no notice since then. Worst part is apple would have already shipped my phone but when they went to charge it my att account said I wasnt eligible for the upgrade.

Fwiw, I have a premier fan discount through my company but I dont have a premier account I can log into. Not sure what the issue with that is.
 
At what point did you or others know they could cancel their pre-order? I have the button that everyone references, I then clicked it and it opened up a page and said - Do you want to confirm cancellation. I was worried about going through with it but wondered if people clicked that button previously and it immediately told them they couldn't cancel or if they had to click the confirmation button to find out it wouldn't go through.

Ordered at 12:02 PST. Iphone 6 plus 64GB gold. Ordered another at 12:30 PST. Iphone 6 plus 64GB SG. Dad ordered one at 12:45 PST - Iphone 6 plus 64GB gold. Friend ordered 11:58 PST same phone. All Premier customers, none of us have received a tracking number. 10/2-10/13 like many of you.

Just wanting to figure out to see if I can test the waters on canceling without canceling and see if its on the way.


You will receive an email asking to confirm cancellation. I confirmed my cancellation and immediately received an email stating that it was denied

How would that be fair for them to do all premier customers before doing regular customers of course they are going to have to switch back and fourth between them so you might have to wait a little more

You should probably read the thread before responding! Someone made a comment stating that only premier customers were getting tracking and I assured them that was not the case
 
Just face it, ATT's system is flawed. It's just like a huge number of people cutting you in line giving out free money. :vomit:
 
As of this morning there a no 6+ phones available in the SF Bay Area for pick up. Maybe Apple has taken some heat from it carriers and is redirecting?

It's MOSTLY premier customers like 90% at least for 6+'s I'm just saying that say tomorrow or the next day it might be 90% consumer and then switch again
