AT&T Pre-order status

If you can contact them and figure it out for us, that'd be great. I saw it mentioned numerous times and even found a link to one of them, but doesn't seem to work with premier.
 
Iphone 6 plus

Two iPhone 6 plus 64gb in gold --- Premier ordered at 3:01 am and 3:04am on the 12th and both will arrive Tuesday. The 3:01am got a shipping confirmation at 3:30pm today and the 3:04am got a shipping confirmation at 7:30pm tonight.
 
still nothing. Ordered 12:54am MST with confirmation 12:57am MST, no tracking information. Waiting on a Silver 6+ 128GB and yes Premier
 
Finally received my shipping confirmation at 1pm EST. I ordered my iPhone 6+ Silver premier at 4am. Delivery is expected on Tuesday!
 
Annoyed (like many others!)...877 number still says backordered. Every time I check this thread and see a shipping notification yet I still see the same on mine. 10/2-10/13 for 128GB 6+ SG.

Same exact except mines a 64gb. Called the 877 and says back order. Call the 866 and says its been shipped. Annoying.
 
My story here...

Pre-order iPhone plus from att right at midnight. After so much delay and misinformation, I just cancelled my order with att and ordered from Apple and chose store pickup. This all happened just this morning. Att cancellation was just about instant and the apple order just as fast. I was in and out of the Apple store within 10 minutes. So crazy. Silver plus 128.

Started my iPhone 6+ order at 11:56 pm PST on 9/11/14. Finished my order at 12:01 am PST 9/12/14. Got order confirmation email at 12:01 am PST and order status at 12:27 am PST. But here is the kicker, I got an order processed text from AT&T at 7:00 am PST. I think that's why people are getting their phones before others. It depends when the processed the order and not when it was placed.

Agreed thinking of canceling mine went in to store purchased my wife a 6 64 gig gold in stock and kinda liking the size of it.
 
I have a feeling that all of us in the 11/09/2014 - 11/27/2014 train that preordered on the 12th will be getting some updates this next week (and possibly the phone). At least 2 reps have told me so (which is rare as well). It is logical since seeing all these wave of people who ordered on the 20th are getting october ship dates which makes sense. Ordering on preorder day and getting it 2 months later?! No sir!

Yeah this is ridiculous, AT&T is so at fault.

  • Calling the 877 # says Backordered

I'm still stuck in the 10/2-10/13 ship twilight zone. It would have been nice to get my phone already but my iPhone 5 works great so I can wait. A week or two or three in the grand scheme of things is not a big deal.
 
I read on an earlier post that people that ordered before 12:01 on Friday 19 Att had to manually add them to the preorders. Because the system for preorders was not live till 12:01 which I'm starting to think it could be the case why so many that order early are getting this redicilos dates including my self 10/2-10/13 6+ 16 SG

I think you are correct.
 
I think anybody that ordered a 6+ 64gb grey is screwed. I don't think anyone who ordered that exact model has received theirs yet. Boo on AT&T's first come first serve basis. Terrible, just terrible.
 
Just an update on my story.

I had a 9/17-9/18 ship date (for 9/19 delivery) on a 64gb space grey 6, but on the 19th it was still preparing for shipment. I still haven't received an email from AT&T, but I checked the order status and it shipped on Saturday. It's scheduled for delivery tomorrow with Fedex.
 
Oh how I love talking to AT&T chat... they always say...
