Ordered 12:07am on 9/12 a 128 GB 6+ on ATT website and I'm premier. Had 10/2 -10/13 shipping window till this morning when I got FedEx tracking number for delivery tomorrow!
 
so i cancelled my order with ATT cuz premiere sux. I ordered 10 minutes before launch and I still wouldnt have gotten my phone by now. Question is.... Do you guys think its better to walk in an apple store? (do they get stocks everyday?) or to go through the apple website and watch the in-store pick up to become available?

Watch the website because you can reserve one so you'll know you will have one when you get there.

Just tried AT&T store. All out of the 6+. If you are going to a store to try and find one best place is Apple. All other stores are out with no shipment in site. Guess I will be waiting on mine to ship. Still no tracking number or anything yet. DAY 4 and counting...

Yup, only way to go now is through Apple.

Try the store. I just wen by one and tons of people were waiting. I don't think they would let them wait if they didn't have any in stock.

Haha, not true! I just waited in line with about 40 other people. I was 4th, and the 3 in front of me were there for over 2 hours. They didn't tell us until the doors opened at 10 that they don't have any. What pissed me off the most is during our wait they kept coming out and kept asking if anyone needed anything besides a new iPhone, and they let those people go into the store and do whatever they needed.
 
Say on an unrelated note. I forget since my 5s was activated last fall at the Best Buy store where t hey bought my 5. I have the following info:

I posted I got my phone today. I actually have been following this blog since day one. I have been posting on this blog here and there too. My post today wasn't a "brag", but to let everyone else on here know when I ordered, what I ordered and when I got my confirmation so they could see where they were too and if they would be soon. Just as I have been following this blog waiting for mine.
You don't have to be so spiteful to everyone. Everyone, including myself, is angry at AT&T. Don't be angry at the people on this page. Not fair we are all here trying to help everyone out. Not here to brag.
 
Still on the 10/2-10/13 bandwagon

Order completed around 3:45 AM EST. 6+ 64GB SG.
I'm not very optimistic about getting it this week. I remember past rollouts where many AT&T pre-orders that didn't get filled in the first week then had to wait a while as Apple rotated the inventory to their stores and their own online orders and then finally back to carrier pre-orders. There was lot's of gnashing of teeth by customers (including me). There was also doublespeak and outright lying by customer service reps who were either clueless or couched to tell customers inaccurate info to get them not to cancel their orders.
AT&T should just be honest. Apple doesn't prioritize the carrier's pre-orders over their own store's inventory or their own orders.
I'm not going to run around looking for a 6+ I can buy locally, I'm just too swamped at work. But it is very frustrating to get up at 3 AM, not be able to get on the Apple site or the AT&T site, and then be backordered for weeks when the order finally goes through.
 
I think anyone who had an original estimated shipping between 10/13 - 10/22 and they ordered within the first 30 minutes, should have their phones really soon. My date got bumped to 10/2 - 10/13. Received shipping Saturday and my sister just called me and told me my phone (6 Plus -64GB - SG) was delivered (YAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAS BITCH!!!!). I know it's definitely hard but try to be patient.

In other news, my sister said Fedex didn't even bother to knock when they dropped off the package so clearly she didn't sign for it. Anyone else experience this and didn't have to sign for their phones?

This obviously wasn't directed at you if you have been posting then.. I'm not angry at any of them and was actually joking. I thought the "#Jealous" at the end would have made that clear.. obviously not.

I'm happy people are getting their phones. More people that get their phones means I'm moving up (possibly) in this "First come first serve" queue.

Yes vent at AT&T and Apple for not being able to manage the orders. I am thankful to hear from others and hope eventually ones in que at same time as me are getting orders meaning mine is soon to ship.

On another note... It looks like I will have to be checking out Apples website non stop today. Hopefully, I can catch it when they have a shipment of the phones so I can cancel my preorder from hell and pick one up today.

You're way ahead of my time. Im still on the iPhone 4 8GB with a cracked screen. I NEED this new iPhone haha. Too bad I'm still on backorder. I've waited this long, I guess I can wait a little longer... Not sure how much longer though.
 
Ok I am also curious, besides being a premier customer, ordering a SG 128 GB Plus at 2:10 AM, not getting the confirming emails til between 9-10 AM on 12th (thus putting me back in the que, I am also a grandfathered unlimited data customer, went with ATT&T when they were only iphone carrier in US.

Wondering if any of you getting shipment or having gotten shipment who are all the above are unlimited data? Was wondering since I am from that prehistoric era of iphone use if I am sorta in back of line as they serve their customers with limited data plans first???:(
 
Is anyone else having issues logging in to check their premier order status? Whenever I try it says 'We cannot find the status for this order number.'
 
I cancelled my order on Saturday morning. It seems counter-intuitive to cancel an order that should arrive within a month and instead wait three months, but I decided I'm not giving AT&T any extra business. I've been waiting 3 years for a large screen iPhone (since the release of the first Samsung Note), I can wait a little longer. To everyone else still waiting, good luck! I hope you get your phones soon. :cool:

The same thought crossed my mind - as if they really don't care about the unlimited data folks because they don't WANT us on this plan anymore.

Nothing AT&T does would surprise me.
