I received the change from back ordered to processing on the 877 782 8870 number at about 8:30 pm best time last night.
as of 5:38am est time today i have not received tracking like some of you and it still says shipping.
how many of you that had the back order change still have not received tracking today or last night???

Woke up this morning to 877 number saying it's processing.
Last night it was on backorder. 6+ 64gb SG ordered 3:20am EST on the 12th.
In the 10/2 - 10/13 slot. Also now says preparing to ship on website instead
of processing. Hopefully tracking numbers to follow later today!

Same here still Iphone 6+ SG 128gb 10/2-10/13 Preparing to Ship (since week ago Sunday) no movement.
Ordered a 64+ grey 3:20 confirmed EST... shipping dates remain the same 10/2-13 but I did call that 877 number and it went from backordered to processing last night. So hopefully that's a good sign that it'll ship today.
I just can't believe AT&T did not honor their first come first serve basis. Such a ripoff and I think us customers need to be compensated for all this mess. There are many of us that ordered at the butt crack of dawn for absolutely nothing where other's woke up at their own leisure later during the day and already have their iPhones. Makes no sense. Then what the **** is the point of pre-ordering /RANT.

Here's what's also agrivating... for any chat that you initiate with AT&T; they ALWAYS have to ask you everything and anything about you...full name, order number, complete address and even your social security number!! rediculous!

I ordered at 8am on 9/12 and got a ship date 10/13-
I got a ups notification on 9/22 which says delivery by 9/29
My question is how do I get 200 off with my old iPhone 4? The Att app did not ask for any such info when I ordered. I only got a promo email to get 200 off an iPad if I sign a 2 yr contract.
Secondly, can I get 400 off if I turn in 2 iPhones?

Had the same thing, called 877 number last night and fedex sent me notification that mine shipped and will deliver today. First location on mine was Memphis which is different from some of the others. Ordered around 0305 confirmed later via email, problem processing card, fixed around 1100, had been sitting on 10-2 delivery until today. 64 GB 6 plus SG

nopre pretty much only premier member are getting their phones. it's clear AT&T is giving them priority.

I went into AT&T store with iphone 4 and told them I want to use the promotional buy back program. They did their stuff and handed me a promotianal AT&T card with $200 on it.
Not so at all, I'm Premier and have had no updates since I placed my order early on the 12th.

It shows the origin as Dallas FW, TX, no where on the tracking from FedEx does it show China nor KY.
