Ordered our second iPhone through an AT&T brick and mortar store on 09/29. 6 Plus, Silver, 128GB. Just received notice of shipment on Saturday with delivery this Wednesday via USPS 2-day priority.
 
No office number. #

Tina is a Sacramento based non management employee. She is one member of the Sacramento team of customer relations related to the office of the president. There are 6 other teams in other geographic regions.

Long story short, your communications may come from anywhere and they may or may not have a phone number in their email signature. If it's coming from an att.com address though you can trust it. No one outside the company has an att.com address.
 
Anyone who recently received their shipment notification, did you also receive the trade-in promotional code email? I got my notification over the weekend, but still waiting on the trade-in email.

I received my email with the trade-in promotional codes two days after I received my iPhone 6...

Ok so after speaking to a rep in the office of the president. It is a warehouse situation.

Depending on if you ordered in store or online your order went to a certain warehouse across the country depending on location.

The warehouses receive different shipments and they fulfill orders according to what they have. That's how some of us are receiving phones even though we ordered at wildly different times.

It made total sense so I didn't complain or ask for anything.
 
I ordered my iPhone 6 SG 64 gig on Sept 27 and says shipping Oct 27-Nov 14. This is frustrating but I'm just going to wait. Typically I never ordered the first day and usually got it pretty quickly but not this time. Going to start waking up at 3 am next time to preorder.
 
Well my final iPhone that I was waiting for has shipped 10/27 it's an iPhone 6 64gb Space Gray, order placed 10/03. I hope everyone else gets there's soon!

Unfortunately that is what is frustrating. You order your phone 6 days after me and yours ships and mine still has not. ATT is all over the place in sending orders.

Lol, that's 2 weeks after me for the same phone, it really is a complete mess.

My theory as to my fast track shipping is the fact that I am a returning customer (so new account). I ordered 4 lines of service an iPhone 6+, a 6, a Galaxy s5, and an iPhone 5c. They actually held the later two phones till they could get the 6's, thus not making any money off me. Kinda good they did for me otherwise I would have activated the two lines and had to also keep paying my previous carrier until I got the 6's. Anyway I think if the situation was that I already had an active account, I would still be waiting. That's my thoughts.
 
128gb 6 Plus not-at-all-the-color-of-space gray, ordered 9/19 at brick-and-mortar store, expected timetable 11/09/2014 to 11/27/2014. Still no sign of it... But seeing some of you guys getting your phones ahead of the expected timetable makes me hopeful. :D
 
I started a spreadsheet the other day to keep track of all orders and to see if/when there is a rhyme or reason when they ship these things out. So if you want, please add your info to the spreadsheet (make sure you click the right tab at the bottom, the first one is for iPHone 6 Plus ONLY and the second one is for iPhone 6 ONLY).

Also, please do not forget to come back and add your shipping/delivery date to the spreadsheet because that is one of the most important parts.

5 weeks is F-ed up. I will NEVER order again from Apple.

Well, at least it's on its way. Congrats on that!

Still no change on my AT&T iPhone 6 64GB Silver. (sigh)... On 10/25 my ship window moved from: 10/14 - 10/24 to: 11/1 - 11/14. Still stuck in "Preparing to ship" for the past 33 days.

Same here (ordered 10/27), I think it's def true these are rare phones. My in-laws ordered SG 6 & 6+ 3 days after I did, from the same store, and they should have theirs tomorrow.

A lot of people who got up at 3 am still don't have their phone. The ordering systems were so slow, some people didn't get their orders in until hours later after trying many times. People seem to have had better luck using the Apple Store app from what I've heard.

Jus ordered trough apple this morning got a nov 27 - dec 4th ship date
 
I took my trade-in phones to an AT&T corporate store and they gave me the $200 for my iPhone 4 this past Sunday. They didn't even ask me for my e-mails or anything. I would recommend going to the AT&T corporate store. It seems AT&T has "lost" some people's phones when they mailed them in.

Thanks, my phone arrives later today, so will be headed to the AT&T store in the next day or two to get the trade in. I did get the email with the trade-in code late last night, took 48 hours from the shipping confirmation email.

I got the email with the trade in code but if you go to an AT&T corporate store they will give you the card right there. They gave me the $100 credit for the iPhone 4S but then added $100 more because I ordered my iPhone 6 Plus prior to 9/30.
