ATT Pre-order status

Could it be that the reason I haven't got my tracking number is because the payments having processed yet? I mean, it shows that it has been taken out of my account, it's just Saturday purchases for bank America don't go actually thorough till Tuesdays. It comes out of my balance, but not out the their system.

Sadly, I have no idea. I'm also Premier and my calls are met by what sounds like a Satanic Fart followed by dead silence. I highly doubt I'll be a 9/19.

I went from 14-21 days from the order email, to November, to 10/13-22 last night.

I am confused but if you ask anyone who knew me they would say "that is normal". Anyway, here is my quick story. I ordered in my local AT&T store about 11:00 am on the 12th. I was told that it would be quicker (?) to pre-order the i{hone 6 (64) Gold which I went ahead and did. I called the 877 number and was told that my order is "on back order" (that would explain the site saying 'Preparing to Ship" and dates 0f 09/23-10/02. But when I called the 866 number which says it is the AT&T.com order site I was told that it had already shipped....confusing..but I was even more confused when the voice said it was shipped via USPS and was given one of their long numbers that you can check via the USPS site.(though when I did they had no info on that number..as of yet.. That is what makes me more suspicious and doubtful because I have never received anything from Apple via USPS (at least that I can remember)...so you see my confusion . 3 different reports..."Preparing to ship" with dates I just gave above; the 877 number that says "backordered" (which makes sense) and the 866 number that says that it was shipped..via USPS! Oh well......I know I will get that phone one day this year...and I may be confused but not concerned.

Mine hasn't shipped yet, but the CC that I used (which was already charged.. well at least shows up as a "pending transaction" on my CC website) was just closed after unauthorized charges.

I hope this doesn't delay the phone. Would totally suck if AT&T tried to charge the card and it gets declined and they don't ship the phone to me lol.

Anyone know if you can cancel online orders in store? I looked on the website and it says you can't cancel any online orders once they are placed...

I don't know about i the store but I called and got it done within minutes.

For the form, can we correlate the current expected ship date to phone capacity? It looks like 64GB 6+ are 10/12 and 128GB are 10/2

Go to ups.com click on track then track by reference number. Use the cell phone number as the reference number. Enter the United States and you zip code for the destination. If a label has been generated it will come up. Put the tracking number in ups my choice and you can see delivery date. Worked for me even though AT&T still says nothing. Remember they direct ship from Apple and AT&T updates their info later.

someone was asking what the Reference #'s mean from someone who has a UPS MyChoice account, I guess trying to figure out if the reference #'s tie to anything pertaining to your phone account or order. They don't, at least not in my case, so since I had to blur out the #'s on my screenshot, I instead spelled out exactly how the #'s are formatted on my order. I think people are just trying to figure out the system

Sure, the numbers are:
877-782-8870

and

866-391-0749

I'm not entirely sure what the differences are, but there are different numbers listed at different places.

And then theres a 866-499-8008 number but that appears to be for Premier Business Clients I think.

the 13th? i doubt it, if it didnt say that date when you ordered it (we ordered my girls 6 on saturday however it clearly said delivery the 19th before i placed the order, or else we wouldnt have.)

nobody really knows.... but keep checking the order status page, lots of people seem to be reporting AT&T changing the dates, moving them up and down. And if yours does change, tell the community

I ordered a 64gb space gray iPhone 6 through AT&T Premier.

The initial estimated ship date is 09/17-18. It then had a brief period of Pending Confirmation before returning back to 09/17-18.

My card, however, has still not been charged (neither full price, nor the $1 placeholder I've read people having) and the current status of the order is Pending Processing. The estimated ship date is still 09/17-18 though.

When I try the UPS My Choice or searching by reference number, nothing comes up.

Should I be worried that the card still hasn't been charged and that the status is still processing?

Strange about the USPS. Did you order a case too? That could be it. If not, I'm clueless.

I signed up for my choice with UPS and ordered through AT&T. How do I find tracking on UPS.com. I was just curious since mine says 9/17-9/18. Thanks

Log into UPS MyChoice, at the top tabs go to Tracking > Access UPS MyChoice

It will launch the "Delivery Planner" calendar. If your verified address is the same as the one your iPhone is being delivered to on Friday, it should show up on Friday's calendar day along with a tracking #.

Mine says 1.3lb, I ordered the Space Grey 64GB 4.7" model.
