The # of the phone you upgraded or your # with UPS My Choice? I have tried both and no dice. Maybe tomorrow.

Go to ups.com click on track then track by reference number. Use the cell phone number as the reference number. Enter the United States and you zip code for the destination. If a label has been generated it will come up. Put the tracking number in ups my choice and you can see delivery date. Worked for me even though AT&T still says nothing. Remember they direct ship from Apple and AT&T updates their info later.
 
FYI For Those Receiving AT&T Error Msg When Checking Order Status

I've been repeatedly (actually, more like obsessively) checking my order status on the AT&T site, only to be met repeatedly with the following message:

E0019: We were unable to find your order. If you have recently made a purchase, please verify your order confirmation number or search using your wireless number. You may also check your order status by dialing 877.782.8870.

I was becoming a tad paranoid and concerned that my phone order (for a 64GB Space Grey iPhone 6) was never put through. I ended up chatting with an AT&T rep online. Here was part of the convo:

Shellese: I am unsure as to why you received the error message that was given.

Shellese: I see that the order has an anticipated ship date between 09/23/2014 To 10/02/2014. This is because of a 7 To 14 business day processing expectancy.

Carly: Thanks for checking. The CSR who helped me order the iPhone in the store said that it would be here on either the 19th or the 22nd. I guess it was delayed?

Shellese: You are very welcome. I am glad I was able to provide you the information I have access to today. The actual shipment date and receipt of order are not guaranteed and may be subject to delays for reasons that include, but are not limited to, processing, product availability, inventory, or carrier delays.

Shellese: I am very sorry about that.


So, although I didn't exactly get the news I wanted, I did figure out that this error message doesn't necessarily indicate that your iPhone order has been cancelled or sabotaged.

Sure, the numbers are:

and

866-391-0749

I'm not entirely sure what the differences are, but there are different numbers listed at different places.

And then theres a 866-499-8008 number but that appears to be for Premier Business Clients I think.

Tried both # same answer, sent to warehouse for shipment.. hasn't updated since friday morning
 
so do we know if these are coming with the bigger power plugs and reversible usb 's?

Should be the same cords and connectors, thought some clear pics with in the product demo on the Apple keynote. Also noticed your locale, I went to Titusville High back in the late 90's, I'm from Brevard born and raised. I live in NC now though :) But I don't think it's officially known yet, just rumored?

Log into UPS MyChoice, at the top tabs go to Tracking > Access UPS MyChoice

It will launch the "Delivery Planner" calendar. If your verified address is the same as the one your iPhone is being delivered to on Friday, it should show up on Friday's calendar day along with a tracking #.

very cool! It's probably changed A LOT here since then, i've been here for 10 years now and love it, wish the growth would slow down though :) NC is beautiful in it's own right though!

I ordered 6am ET, sorry it's not loading up for you (yet). You know...I wonder if you could call UPS and tell them you have a MyChoice account and are expecting a Friday package but it's not showing up on your account.

As far as their application updating, I made an order this morning for my new iPhone 6 case from Amazon, and it also is showing on my delivery calender for Wednesday. So I ordered it less than 12hrs ago and the Amazon order shows too, so UPS probably updates that frequently.
 
All I know is that I find it hard to believe that my orders won't ship till 10/13-10/22 considering I was one of the ones that got in ten minutes early and had my email confirmations before 12:01 PST. Nope, not gonna do it, won't believe it, keep that kool aid away from me!
 
stuck on "preorder processing"

Mine has been stuck on preorder processing since I ordered on Friday. They charged my card for the phone + tax but that charge is still pending.

Wtf 10/13 - 10/31 for a regular iphone 6 16gb spce grey?! I pre ordered it on the 13th that may be y im getting that date, but is there a chance i might get it on launch day 9/19??


Apple quoting 7-10 on that even yesterday. Def not launch day but dont see why you wont get it before oct if I had to guess.

AT&T just needs to catch up on all the orders, a lot of people are canceling also so dates are getting bumped up

Don't trust most phone reps at this stage - my order has been already staged for shipment but a barely articulate rep insisted that all iPhones would be delivered 28-31 days out and I should queue up in-store.

I validated, although this was hard, that they have been given a standard 'script' to run through for all such calls over the next few days. This rep read through all the options on the script, none of which applied.

He did give me a new order number that I hadn't seen before -beginning with K00?, this adds to the 1018 series I got on Thursday night, and my 03??-series number on the AT&T Premier website. This new one appears to be an Apple-provided number.
