AT&T Preorder status thread

+1. I did save the confirmation pages for whatever it's worth, and my CCs do show $1 charges... but still seems off since other people got confirmation emails.
Since the lines are still showing as eligible for upgrade, I'm tempted to place an order through Apple as well and see what happens
Same here, looks like AT&T is swamped. Apple can't access their servers to check your eligibility. Probably why AT&T isn't sending out any emails just yet.

I got a reservation ID and said that I have an iPhone waiting for me... But the carrier servers were down or something.
Epic screw up by AT&T and Apple...

Same here to everything you said, except I'm not going to order through apple. What I'm going to do is raise hell if nothing's changed in the morning.
just got confirmation from att and can check my order through att website. i also ordered from app since i wasn't sure if my att order went through, so i tried to cancel it from att, seems they'll email me a link to confirm the cancellation. haven't received the link yet.

I ordered through AT&T but got no confirmation number or email. I waited about 20 minutes and decided to try with the iPad Apple Store app and got the phone I wanted to be delivered on launch day. Already received the confirmation email. Hopefully canceling the AT&T order (does it even exist?) won't be too difficult.

I just did the same thing. Took forever for AT&T to validate my account through Apple. All these shenanigans happened because Apple delayed opening the Apple Store app.
Hell, the online store is still down. Apple has never done this before. At any rate, as soon as AT&T sends me an email confirmation and or an order status update I'll just cancel with them.
Yup I went with AT&T because apple was taking forever regret it though. No way am I gonna order twice going to raise hell tomorrow with them though they better fix this crap and let me know if it went through or not.
Ordered 6+ 16gb Space Gray @ 4:15am Eastern, got confirmation email a couple minutes later. Shipping 14-21 business days.
I honestly think the issue is AT&T getting slammed with traffic from user's and Apple validating accounts. It's as if AT&T got locked up about an hour into the gig. Might take some time for the servers on AT&T's side to cool down.
I ordered at 3:31AM EST. Got a screenshot of the confirmation page, but no email. I have the pending charge for $1.00 from AT&T for 9/15/14, but when I try to look-up my order on their page it's non-existent.
I almost went through Apple for a second order, but that's just more work on my end. I think the days of pre-ordering are over after this fiasco.
I'll update if a confirmation email comes through (they say it can take up to 24 hrs).

I ordered at 3:00 on Next through AT&T website. Got the web ID page, but no conformation email. I panicked and used Apple's app and ordered again. I instantly got an email conformation, order number, Sep 19the delivery date, and within a few minutes my card was fully charged for the tax. Went to bed.
Just got up and I had an email confirmation from AT&T! i followed the link inside the email and it gave me a button to cancel the preorder if I wanted. So, I did. Delivery date was the 19th like Apple.
My question is this: Since I canceled the order with AT&T, that doesn't cancel my order with Apple does it?

Finally ordered my iPhone 6+ at 4:30am. Got to the confirmation page with a wed order ID number. 1.00 on my cc is charged but no email yet. Check the status and its nothing yet. I'm positive everyone's order went through if your cc is charged a 1.00.
But the real question.... Will I get mine on launch day??

Two plus sized phones both 64g. Trouble with CC because of AT&T site submit going wonky. Resubmitted card. All good but it looks like I'll be lucky to see the phones by the end of October. I have a feeling that a lot of these long wait times will change for the better soon. Ordered by 3:45 by the way.
My order finally went through for 6+ 64gb space grey on the AT&T site at 3:12 EDT. Got the confirmation e-mail shortly after and another one later this morning when I woke up again
14-21 day shipping though. Not too pleased about that but what can you do...Can't believe that the AT&T site was accepting orders before 3:00 am and the Apple store was down.
Hope that the shipping dates change. I've seen it happen in the past but never been in the position to have to worry about it myself.
