So I am literally in the att store right now and put a pre order in and they looked in there system and said that it's going to be at my door step on the 19th!! Just thought I'd share.

I preordered mine at 4:30am. Got an email confirmation at 7:00am. I just checked and it says my status is pending and my shipping date is pending. I also checked my cc and it says at&t charged 435.00 already. will i get mine at launch?
 
I was able to get an order in for a 6+ 64GB just before midnight. It took awhile for the confirmation email to show up but it finally did. Email says 14-21 days on shipping.

ATT account online doesn't show a shipping date as it still shows processing.

My confirmation email shows that there is a $40 month 1GB plan included, on top of the $35.42 for the device, but I'm on the 10GB share plan with my wife. I don't know what that is about, or if I will need to fix that later..

I'm currently on the unlimited txt and talk with 2GB, and the same 1GB plan shows up on my order email. hope its an error.
 
I checked the status and now my order says "Preorder Processing
Expected Ship Date: 10/31/2014 To 11/11/2014". Should I be expecting it a bit sooner?

I talked to a rep today. They said it's an error and ongoing problem. She wouldn't fix it, or cancel my order. Said I would have to make a case after I get the new phone and have it fixed then..
 
Online orders department: "unable to complete your order using the card you provided"

Got the message "unable to complete your order using the card you provided" via text and email this morning. The message includes the phone number for AT&T online ordering (866) 267-4510. But whenever I try to call I get the automated message: "Sorry. We're experiencing technical difficulties." and then get disconnected. It's been like this for 8+ hours.

Has anyone managed to get through to the online orders phone number? After how many attempted calls? Is there another phone number to use or another way to reach them?

This morning my three orders said shipping 9/19. Now they say shipping the following week. I'm not too worried. I would bet they come on Friday. They are all just the 6 and I think they will have plenty of stock.

Ordered my iPhone 6 Silver 64GB at 8:20am PST through Premier, received my confirmation shortly thereafter. Shipping date says 9/23 to 10/2.

Still hopeful for delivery on 9/19 as AT&T has under promised and over delivered in the past, especially with Premier accounts.

Status online says "Preparing to Ship"

P.S. Still don't like AT&T

I ordered originally from AT&T and never got any indication that it went through until hours later. I the meantime I successfully ordered the phone I wanted though the Apple store ipad app. I tried all day to cancel the AT&T order with no success but then out of the blue got an email from AT&T apologizing that my order had been canceled since I didn't have an available upgrade. FTW - I trust Apple to deliver the phone more than I do AT&T. Apple order status is all systems go for launch day.
 
I ordered my 6 Plus 128GB at 2:09 AM Central (12:09 AM Pacific). Initially said 14-21 days and on the online shipping order status it said estimate 10/13-10/22 estimate. Yesterday I received two text messages saying my phone was preparing for shipment.

Just within the past hour on the online order status it's changed to back-ordered without even a delivery estimate. Crap.
 
What is with all the fees?

I decided to not order, I will get one at store and get answers to these fees.

Glad I cancelled. Instead of getting phone next month with fees I went in at 10am after lines were gone and walked out with the phone with none of these charges.
