I do recall the past few years where the dates were off, and even much further out dates (like these 14-21 day things) were adjusted and arrived much earlier. Crossing my fingers for the same this year!

Do you remember how long it took for the dates to change? Anxious over here! I have a whole two hours to wait to call ATT :/

I ordered a 64gb space grey 6plus at 3:17am didn't receive an email from att until 4:43am.

Give it an hour and a half. I also have the $1 charge on my cc.

Give it time folks if you haven't received your email. Unfortunately shipping date still says 14-21 days but I'm sure it'll be worse for all others who didn't order yet come tomorrow.
 
I bought the iPhone Plus using the subsidy as I was due for an upgrade. I just got the email from att saying that the it will take 14-21 days to ship the phone. In the summary they told me the prices I was paying and listed the cost of the phone now under the subsidy and it listed the monthly charges of $23 for some reason, like I'm on the Next program or something. What's up with this?

That's the data plan you're paying for. You have a FAN discount of $6.60 on it, so that amount is deducted from the $30 data plan, thus you're paying $23.40 a month. That's all it means. Nothing to do with NEXT.

Did you just get the email like minutes ago? There's hope not sure why about your question it gets worse with them by the minute.
 
I upgraded 2 of our 4 lines just after midnight.

First was a 128GB 6 Plus in Gold. Confirmation e-mail received at 1:36AM. Ships within 14-21 business days. :(

Second was a 128GB 6 Plus in Space Gray. Confirmation e-mail received at 2:05AM. Ships within 21-28 business days. :eek:

(But I also ordered through the Apple Store app... Gold arriving on 9/19. Space Gray ships 7-10 business days ;))

I am going to be pissed if I have a 21-28 business day estimate from AT&T. We would be able to cancel right away right? I dont even know if my order went through or not. Smfh

Same on mine. But yeah like the other guy said, $6.60 discount on your data plan which would be the $23.40 sub you're looking at. No worries.
Only weird thing on mine is that it doesn't show the $40 upgrade fee. I hope that means I don't have to pay it haha :D

This whole thing seems really strange. I just hope it all works out. I was able to cancel my Apple order which said delivery was on 9/19 (tears). But oh well. Hopefully AT&T delivers quickly. But since I had a double order on only 1 eligible line I had to cancel the Apple order as AT&T would not allow cancelations.

At no point did it ask me anything about keeping my grandfathered unlimited data plan. The moment I hit the "submit" button it went straight to an order confirmed page! Am I at risk of losing the plan?

I've attached what the confirmation screen says. Nowhere does it mention "Unlimited 4G LTE plan" like what I expected to see. It just says "Default individual rate plan".

I got boned on the shipping date as well for that exact phone. Either they didn't have a lot of stock of it or they're playing it safe with shipping dates. I'm crossing my fingers it won't take as long as they project.

Well since you bought the phone at full price, no contract, the phone is yours to do what you want with it. You can get another line or replace the current phone on your existing line.

I wouldn't have any concerns about losing your unlimited data. It shouldn't say you have unlimited data since there is not a plan associated with a full price, no contract phone. That's one of the advantages of buying a phone at full price.

I was under the impression that since I ordered it by logging into AT&T and clicking "upgrade" under my account, that the full-price phone would have an AT&T sim card in it. Am I correct, or does it not even include a sim card? Do I have to do something extra to get the new phone to replace my current phone on my existing line?

A SIM card will come installed. When you turn on your iPhone 6 it will deactivate you existing SIM card.
 
If anyone here ordered through premier, what were the 1st 4 digits of your order number?

my 1012...... 6+ still doesn't have a confirmation email.
my 1016.......6 says 9/19.

OK thanks, so it WILL come with a sim card that is already programmed to my current wireless number/line. That's good to know. The previous response made it sound a little bit like the phone was going to arrive in a state that would be "blank" and unassociated with my AT&T account, and that I'd have to jump through more hoops to get it to replace my old phone on the current line.

No doubt. If you upgraded your phone the new one will have a SIM all ready to go. Just do your iTune backup of your current device BEFORE turning on your 6 and you are good to go!
 
I ordered about 12:30am pst and ordered 2 phones separately. I got confirmation numbers for both bit haven't received either email. I have 3 pending $1 charges on my CC. Hope I'm good to go!
 
I ordered at 2:48am EST and got 2 emails from att, one with order number the other with shipping status within 20min of order. credit card has $1 charge and $51 charge for tax.
 
To those of you who ordered through Premier and are wondering about order status. I also order a 6 through there and my email says 'on or around the 19th' and the status page says Pending. This is exactly what happened with the 5 and I got phone on the release date, as did many others who were in the same situation. Just relax, and in one week, you'll have a shiny new phone.
