AT&T sent me an extra iPhone 5

Man, I thought I said no need to get all moral and ****! I told you how it is. No shame here. This is obviously a gray area, so it doesn't matter what anyone says except what I do. Well, I think I already said I'm keeping it. You think they're going to come search my house for my extra iPhone?!

Guys, I just wanted to know what my options were having decided to be the root of all evil, the lowest scum there is, a no good meanie pants.

I don't know the technical stuff. If its able to be activated by another user. So I can sell it on eBay while watching blood diamond...or gift it to a child cancer patient, watch them smile, and then snatch it back. Come on guys.

Nothing grey about it. You're being dishonest. Essentially stealing. Nothing grey there.
 
just sell it and deny u ever got it if att tries to bill u

This is the common: "they're rich so it's okay to steal from them, and if necessary lie about it" rationalization for being dishonest.
 
He didnt steal it, they sent 2 by mistake. Maybe he thought it was junk mail. And who should he send it back to? He won't have a magic address. Just keep it until they complain to you. If you see an unauthorized charge on your credit card, complain to your credit card company. You didn't authorize it.
