Two phones pre-ordered 15 minutes before 7am. One shows that I can no longer cancel but the other one still allows me to. FedEx notified me of one shipment only. I know it’s still early but just makes me go 🤔

When I upgraded my mini which I still owed on , they automatically billed me for the balance due. Did you go through the process?
Not yet. Ok, so I can pay off the balance owed on the 11 pro and upgrade with the trade in all on the same transaction?
Signing up now is useless because you can only activate it by physical mail which takes 3-5 business days. It’s really stupid.
I pre-ordered the iPhone 13 Pro max 1TB version Friday at 2:30PM EST, and have an estimate ship date between 10/1/2021 and 10/8/2021...
But what is odd, is I can not check the status online. I've contacted AT&T and they say the pre-order is completed, and that the reason I can't see the status is because the phone isn't released yet... which has never happened before. Anyone else experiencing this issue?

I usually don’t get nervous but the last preorder with ATT was a disaster for me. I had my order placed 10-15 before the official preorder start time. I never got any notification from FedEx or ATT until launch day. I ended up not getting it until the Monday after launch. First time in 7 years I didn’t get it delivered on launch day. Usually Tuesday night/Wednesday morning is when I get tracking info for Friday delivery.
I know the feeling....mine still is not showing up on Fedex app and I have not gotten a tracking number. ATT order still shows expected to ship on Sept 23.
I didnt mean to make anyone nervous at this point. Technically those who ordered from Apple.com are not even technically supposed to have their tracking numbers they just obtained them through MyUPS. Now if Thursday rolls around and there has been no update, let the panic begin lol. Im sure we will all be happy come Friday. The panic and hope is all part of the experience.
Same. I typically get tracking on Tuesday Night/Wednesday morning but have gotten it as late as Thursday before. ONly 1 time in 7 years have I not received on launch date. Heres to hoping its not 2-8 come the weekend

I wouldn't be too worried about the tracking information. I think it was last year I didn't get any updates about tracking/shipping until late Thursday and it arrived on time Friday. My current order shows up on my FedEx account sitting in Irving Texas
Just cancelled my pre-order and re-ordered so I can pick up in store on Friday. My pre-order wouldn’t deliver until the end of October and I want to use the camera before then. I had to upgrade to a 512GB model as there were no 256GB models available in store.
I ordered late pm saturday, got a fedex tracking number late sunday for a 13PM, still waiting for tracking on my wife’s 13Pro.
I was expecting october shipping, kinda surprised to have tracking at this point based on when i ordered.

We won't get a UPS number through Apple if we preordered through att.com
Usually those who ordered through Apple see movement before those who ordered through a carrier because Apple preorders are coming from China. Carrier pre orders usually are already stateside therefore they require less travel.
That is what I've always thought. So, AT&T gets no pre-stage in the USA for pre-orders? I suppose this makes sense since Apple has a global buyer base. Me, I'm supposed to see shipment on the 23rd. Of course if it is coming from overseas I've got a longer wait.
