No one is getting priorities, its just AT&T's crappy systems that don't make orders right when you preorder them. Its still first come, first serve

I'm a premier member who placed my order at 6:20am est 9/14.
Curiously, when I clicked on the order status from my iPhone I get a different page about carrier info than when I click the link directly in my gmail. Says phones will be shipped via FedEx. See screenshot.

Spoke to the rep about an hour ago (which I posted here) she told me I was in the second group and would not be receiving my phone Friday.
Got the email about 2 minutes ago, and I'm now at back order=0. There's hope guys. Bottom line, the reps are as lost as we are.
There was a link status of your order in the initial order confirmation e-mail sent out when you first placed your order. Open that link on your phone.
