So are Preiemer customers getting priority over new customers? Or maybe a different area of AT&T handles new customers and what not.

Silly thing is I am a premier customer but had to order as a new customer.. Didn't have access to site while down and when it came back up I was getting the no data plan available error.
 
My card has had a pending charge since I placed the order as well. For me its not a matter of getting my iPhone its a matter of having a phone period.

No one is getting priorities, its just AT&T's crappy systems that don't make orders right when you preorder them. Its still first come, first serve
 
Am I supposed to be getting a CSS email if I ordered through Premier? I received the same confirmation email tonight that everyone is posting, but I am still backordered and have not received a CSS like many others.
 
Curiously, when I clicked on the order status from my iPhone I get a different page about carrier info than when I click the link directly in my gmail. Says phones will be shipped via FedEx. See screenshot.

Oh ****!!! I just read the email I got from AT&T Pre-**** and my and delivery address didn't have my apartment number WTF!!

Either way I am assume I want get the emails you guys are speaking of anyway since they are from the Premier Department.
 
I never got one email either, and they tell me that my porting request held up my order 2 extra days!! Wtf!!!

I also had a problem with my porting number but they called the next morning and figured it out...but the rep told me it wasn't a problem with my order and that she she's that i ordered at 4:16am 3est and that i ordered before the cut off time which was 12pm est

Same here, my first confirmation e-mail did, and the one I got today did not. I know it is in their system, I think someone may have fubared the e-mail template.
 
Spoke to the rep about an hour ago (which I posted here) she told me I was in the second group and would not be receiving my phone Friday.

Got the email about 2 minutes ago, and I'm now at back order=0. There's hope guys. Bottom line, the reps are as lost as we are.

Phones are almost always shipped via FedEx with ATT

I get this confirmation also from the order I placed online thru Business Premier.

Welcome to the club. Read the posts a few pages earlier. Mine also doesn't have the apartment number but and so is the case with a lot others. I think this is just formatting issue and not actualy shipping address issue. Chill. :)

i ordered on 9/14 at about 11:30 and have received similar info
 
There was a link status of your order in the initial order confirmation e-mail sent out when you first placed your order. Open that link on your phone.

I figured it out thanks! But when i tried it on my phone it just says processing. Oh well.
