Not Premier; ordered 16gb black at 11:57pm Pacific Thurs night right when AT&T went live with preorders. Order date registered as 9/14 and was amongst the first to revert from backorder status. Tracking info says it was put into FedEx's system on the 16th and is now being held for delivery Friday (see my earlier post for screencap).
 
Just got my tracking info. FedEx. Ordered 32gb Black at 12:04PDT from AT&T (not premier). Still shows in progress, FedEx doesn't have the info yet, but a tracking number has been assigned.

I got mine too. I wonder whether Fedex will pick up Wed and hold them or just pick up Thurs. I'd like to see if I can pick up at their facility instead of waiting. But if not, at least Fedex delivers to my area in the morning instead of UPS late in the day.

I'm not premier, either. Ordered at 3:09 eastern, 16gb black.

Premier customer, ordered black 32gb at 7:20am EST on 9/14.
Credit Card pending since then, received initial email, then an email this morning stating the following:

If I were to venture a guess based on what I've been seeing so far, if you are a Premier customer, you may or may not be getting boned. One time when membership does NOT have its privileges... :rolleyes:
 
Weird how the above Premier order shipped 9-17-12 and not the 16th like myself and many others.

Doubt that really means anything since these just get shipped and sit for days till Friday anyway.

Good sign for you premier guys though.

Yea, its strange but Ive given up in finding any rhyme or rhythm with the way ATT systems work :p. Every iPhone launch has been a unique headache and every time my phone arrives on time. In this case im guessing its when the labels were printed but I dont think any have been picked up and scanned into the Fedex system as no one is getting tracking info
 
Premier order shipped. 64 GB Black. Ordered 9/14 3am pacific.

The weird thing is mine is using UPS, whereas I've seen all the others use FedEx (and it said on the order status page even, that it'd use FedEx). The tracking page on UPS just says "Order Processed: Ready for UPS" and "Label Created On: 09/20/2012"

It also says "Shipped/Billed On: 09/20/2012", but it's shipped by "UPS Next Day Air Saver®" so I'm not worried. It doesn't show the ETA (which of course can be deduced from the previous sentence), but I added the tracking number to TrackThis and it says ETA 9/21!

Mine also shows shipping date the 17th.
 
Two phones ordered with the same account at the same time both 64GB. Black shipped and white hasn't.

This morning I got another "you have a phone reserved for 9/21" email from AT&T premiere. I went to check order status and it shows a tracking number for UPS and shipped on 9/15. Yet obviously it wasn't shipped because qty shipped is 0. UPS shows the label printed but nothing more. Still, a good sign. I expect it will show up Friday.

It's a black 64gb model.
 
So I wake up this morning and decide to check this thread, which makes me check my order. Now I've also got a shipping date of 9/16 but no tracking number yet. Regular order thru the website, not Premiere.

I ordered on 9/14 4:30 am on AT&T regular site but on my Oder status it say 9/15 and it still says back ordered 1 why AT&T must you do this? Anyone have an answer or suggestion?
 
mine says shipped 9/17 with a FedEx tracking #. does that mean i should be getting it before Friday, 9/21?

when i try to track, no info shows.

Ok, I stand corrected. If I check the order through My Orders on my account, there's no tracking number. However, if I go to: https://www.wireless.att.com/order_status/, there is a tracking number. Mine shows it's been shipped via FedEx. So, check your order via the above link, not through "My Orders" on your account.
 
Yall are lucky you got shipping dates already! Mine just went off backordered sometime overnight and is now showing 0. Crossing my fingers I get it this weekend! I also got that mass e-mail about is being here by the 21. (Premier).
 
hmmm...

i had set my alarm so i could be up to order at 12:01 PST but overslept, finally got my order through and received the confirmation email from AT&T at 3:56 stating my order was received at 5:56 CDT (same time) and one minute later another confirmation email stating my order was processed, it showed an order date of 9/14 and a delivery date of 9/21. I checked my bank and the charge was pending. now when i look up my order it still shows processing and as of midnight tonight the pending charge has dropped off my card. i called the 800-number and the automated system states my order is processing and cannot be canceled but did not specify anything more and customer service is closed to reach a live person. thoughts? just want to know if i should prepare myself to go stand in line at a store instead.

p.s. i have not been able to pull anything by tracking via reference for both UPS and FedEx. i used every suggested method; phone number with and without dashes, the primary phone number on the account with and without dashes as well, and the order number, both full number and also dropping the last two digits.
