ATT iPhone 5 Pre-order thread

White 32GB Premier

I JUST received tracking numbers for FedEx with a shipment of 9/17/2012. They were not there 30 minutes ago. It looks like things are starting to roll for many of us.

I completed my order 9/14/2012 around 6:40am.

Hopefully, this will settle some nerves on here for those who were hoping for a quick delivery.
 
Still backordered and kicking myself for not ordering through premier... I'm hoping they are still processing orders today

Mine shows it's been shipped via FedEx. So, check your order via the above link, not through "My Orders" on your account.

Fascinating that AT&T systems are not synched. If I go through My Orders, the only status change is Date shipped. If I go through the link provided by my confirmation email, it gives me a carrier but no tracking number.

Suffice to say that anyone who has similar activity on their accounts, whether you get the phone Friday, Saturday or Monday, you made it in the first round and not one of the poor bast@rds who waited til today to order and saw 3-4 weeks...
 
Ok to make a long story short my wife is a store Manager at AT&T...I have been looking forward to the release of this phone since the let down of the 4S... I was not Allowed per my wife to order at 3:00 AM EST, because she wanted more sales for her store.

She placed to separate orders for our phones (2x 32GB white) at 8:45am EST, 8:48AM EST, She signed 2 year contracts on the spot. Received conf email at 9:00 AM EST Which stated 14-21 days.

From following the thread i have been checking daily and have had one phone processing and the other back-ordered. Still the same everyday.

My question is has anyone else that received confirmation email of 14-21 days received a tracking number? If not i'm about to stand in line at her store on launch day and upgrade my iPad line to a iPhone 5 in store

1 of my 2 ordered has shipped, other is still back ordered within 5 mins of each other purchased!!!

2 of the 3 phones I ordered are showing as shipped 9/17. But the 64gb black FOR ME is still showing as back ordered. All 3 phones ordered at same time 7:30am Eastern 9/14. WTF!!!
 
anyone else order a 64G WHITE? if so, pls share details.

i did and i've got a ship date of 9/17, but the FedEx tracking # is not live yet.
 
Ordered my 64gb black at 7:50am est. order status still shows "processing". Hopefully they are getting around to those this morning.

I ordered mine 30 minutes before yours. And mine is showing as back ordered. Is yours showing back ordered?
 
And.... the two 64GB White iPhones I ordered for myself and the wife finally show up as shipped on both order status pages. No tracking number as of yet. I am also a Premier customer if that helps anyone. Finally, I ordered at 4:55AM PST and 4:58AM PST on Friday September 14th. Pulling for the rest of you to get the same thing. Good night! :D
 
Has anyone that ordered through regular AT&T site (not premier) had their status change to not backordered? Specifically those who ordered 32gb iphone within 2 hours or so of the "cut off".
 
Just want to remind everyone that if u ordered friday before the cutoff you are good for this friday. I ordered a white 16gb thru att site 9a EST the 14th, rerouted to premier, showed that i ordered the 15th, contract shows the 15th. i called rep yesterday and she said anyone that placed before cutoff and got email saying youll get it 9/21, will actually get it that day. ive been on backorder until this morning when i checked at 3am est.
 
Looks like mine shipped. Ordered 4am CST on the 14th. Regular ATT Site, 16gb Black.

Unfortunately FedEx gives me this: Not Found
No information for the following shipments/FedEx Office orders has been received by our system yet. Please try again later or contact Customer Service.

I have a FedEx tracking number this morning.

Ordered through Premier Friday morning at 6AM CST
16GB Black
Tracking numbers not yet active
 
Shipped!

Guys, woke up this AM and checked my status (like I have from day 1)

Tracking # assigned, FedEx

32GB iPhone 5 (black) order confirmed 3:17am EDT on 09/14/2012

PS: My phone is going to Philadelphia, PA (hope that helps others)
 
YESSS... Now i just need tracking number... ATT Premier 10:22AM EST time order.

Nope, not backordered, just processing. After I placed my order I received a confirmation email that says I would receive it on the 21st. These things are usually a cluster**** so not worrying just yet.
