I ordered at 4:34pm EST on 9/14. I know I'm not getting my phone on Friday but this Premier situation sucks!! I went on AT&T to submit my order (I waited all day because I thought my husband might care if I ordered it; he laughed at me). Anyway, I submitted the order and got a confirmation from Premier immediately. So, I try to check the status on Saturday at AT&T (all day long) and nothing comes up. And my card was not charged. Sunday morning, my card is charged and the order finally shows up with AT&T. My order date with AT&T is 9/16...not COOL!
I know from reading this thread other people had this happen. I just hope my order doesn't get pushed back even farther due to the order date difference. When I check the status on Premier, the cancel pre-order button is still there. It disappeared for a little while but has been back for good for at least a day now. But the weird thing is, when I click on the link on my phone, it shows it was last updated on 9/18. When I click through the link on my computer, it doesn't give me any dates, or anything.
I just have a question. This CSS message people are receiving; is this for everyone? or just people who ordered over the phone?
I called yesterday and spoke with 2 reps. First AT&T who was baffled as to why I had 2 different order dates and numbers (for 1 order), so she transferred me to Premier. I asked the lady if I was missing anything from my order (i.e. TNC, billing, etc.) she said no, but then asked if I got an email. I said no I didn't, but I just want to make sure everything is fine with my order.
I just wish I knew the time frame of when I will receive it. But welcome to the club, right?
