Yeah I ordered the same time as this guy you quoted and i'm still backordered
That is normal, the FEDEX label is probably printed and on the box, but it has yet to be tendered to them.

Did you order through Premier...? Not sure if that makes a difference. I never got one either and mine is showing as shipped. Checked my spam folder as well. I was pretty sure I checked a box accepting the T&C when I purchased it though.

you had to check it...it wouldn't have let you continue without accepting
what i don't get is i order it the 14th that the order date it shows when I check my status and everything says it ship but no tracking and when called they said it won't ship until oct 4-15th. next year i'm going to try to order from apple site

na i ordered over the phone around 12 mountain time. I also talked to a supervisor to order it because a few reps told me I was up for an upgrade and then when I tried to order one they told me I wasnt. maybe she overrode it, IDK.
Mine just changed!! Went from blah blah Pending Shipment to now its not saying shipped, but it says fedx and a tracking number. I'm pumped!

I'm positive I checked a TnC box on the site when ordering. Got two emails within minutes- first acknolwdging the order, second saying order processed and sent to warehouse for shipment.
This was through the something-other-than-premeire site tho.

Just an fwi, it was 9am pst as the cutoff.
This translates to 12PM ET, so it's still the same
I don't trust the cut off I got my order at 9am which the cut off would be 10. i have order date 9/14 and status "shipped" order "1" with no tracking number

Yeah I wouldn't trust a cutoff. I would say it depends on what size/color you ordered and I'm pretty positive they didn't run out of each at the same exact time.
same for me, I ordered in the first 4 minutes and mine says "in progress" but I do have a tracking number but it is not in fedex system as of yet
