If you have a fedex tracking number what is the problem? By the way i got the email saying it was shipped. I have fedex tracking number, and it is still showing in progress. I am not sweating it.
 
Anyone know how long it takes from the time it shows as shipped until a FedEx number appears?

P.S. I ran into a FedEx guy at an office building today and as we rode up the elevator (insert awkward silence) I jokingly asked him if he should be back at "home base" getting ready to deliver all of the iPhones. He laughed and said, "soon enough" but did mention that he saw a lot coming in, so that was good to hear, I know they hold them for a day or so but wish they could just deliver early...

My email said it could take up 24hrs from the time it is shipped for the tracking info to show. I got the email at 3:30 central time this afternoon. Now that may not have been the exact time it was shipped. But i figure by 3:30 tomorrow i can check where it is.

EDIT: Sorry i thought you meant you had a tracking number and wanted to see when it would show up on Fedex. Didnt realize you were still missing a tracking number.
 
What am I supposed to make out of this?

if your tracking number don't show you wont get it until oct 4-15th lol just kidding i'm in the same boat as you. i hope we get it by later tonight or tomorrow morning if we don't then i guess we got put on the next shipment. which i don't see how they can do that if it says status "Shipped"
 
Does anyone else have a tracking number that doesn't work? My orders were assigned tracking numbers this morning, but they don't come up on the fedex site...

You and I are in the exact same boat, that's about the time I moved from back order=0 to shipped but no FedEx tracking number yet. Thanks!

you probably going to get your friday. just hasn't update on fedex yet
 
i give up. end of the day and still the same. "pending", "back ordered"... this sucks

and it seems like everyone is finally getting their shipping confirmations except me

Lol. Maybe it means it shipped from Foxconn to AT&T's warehouse. Ha!
 
I ordered mine at like 4est on the 14th.

Go to that page and it says backorderd :(.

That is bad news right? I called ATT and they said it was likely to ship in october sometime. Which would be fine except i am MOVING at the end of next week. Didn't think it would be a problem since att specifically said at checkout i would get it on the 21st.

i know i'm stuck on no tracking been sitting there all day and i called att they are saying oct 4-15th

Hmm, I called them earlier. I stayed on hold for 65mins, and still had no luck. Ran out of patience, and hung up!

What I'm saying is if you ordered on the phone your order may have gone in after supposed cutoff I don't know when you will get your phone I'm just saying I gave up on getting mine and have an alternate arrangement because I really want this phone :D

That was me yesterday. Today, my "pending shipment" was replaced with a tracking number, but like I said earlier, no info on the tracking number.

Someone else said though that it probably hasn't been scanned yet but is on it's way.

You'll get there.

Yeah i misread the original question that was posted. I have a tracking number, i thought they were wondering when fedex would show it in their system. Interestingly though i have a tracking number, just not showing up in fedex. But the extra line i activated the iphone 5 is now showing up on att.com. That just happened not too long ago.

Edit sorry i am responding to so many posts that i think i got confused by what you originally posted lol.

Yup, those with tracking numbers should be fine. Just not in Fedex system yet, those with "shipped" but no tracking numbers, tomorrow will be interesting to see if you get a tracking #?
