Found out my order that I placed before noon on Friday is listed as being ordered on Monday the 17th. After a discussion with At&T chat, they said it was something about terms and conditions not being accepted until the 16th! I never was notified anything was wrong, and never accepted anything on the 16th. I have an unlimited plan I was grandfathered in on and I think I checked the terms and conditions when ordering the phone.
Now she said my probable delivery date is Oct 4-15th!! The SIM card, not the phone is on backorder.
Can we cancel an order without it holding us up from getting another phone in store? I don't want to cancel and then wait 3 weeks for AT&T to clear my account to order another one. I am beyond upset. Of course, there is no one to talk to that knows anything.
Happened to me too. Even tho I accepted the terms and conditions on Friday the 14th, they showed me Saturday I did, when Monday rolled around, my order date changed to the 17th. Their system is s h i t.
