Yeah I think the real bummer is knowing that probably half or more of the people in line in front of you are just buying them to resell them.
That too, but I thought there's a certain time limit that you have to keep the phone before cancelling your contract?
I am not sure how they do it. I just know that one of the times hold an earlier product launch that one of my friends was in the line a local news cast was doing the piece on people in line and actually took a show of hands of how many people were buying them to resell and it was a considerable number of people. When the PlayStation 3 came out I camped for two days in front of the Best Buy (awesome experience by the way- it's what I imagine Woodstock would be like with no drugs) and out of the 28 people who got one only three people were keeping them for themselves. One guy had actually hired five people to stand in line for the two days and pay them $150 each to do it. It was hilarious when I got home because I saw over 17,000 PlayStation 3's on eBay and because of that glut of product they were not really bringing anything over list especially once PayPal,ebay and shipping fees were taken into consideration. That guy paid those people to stand in line lost his butt in that deal. The only people who really made money on that deal were people who had put them up for presale before launch day

Or how about it's his money and perhaps you shouldn't tell him what to do with it. I doubt you'd like Obama to tell you what to do with yours. Perhaps he's a student, etc., perhaps not. Regardless who cares?

As I said I knew it would not be a popular statement but It is my opinion. It is only that an opinion. Furthermore there is no question Obama will tell me what to do with my money. He is already spending my money and my children's and my grandchildrens and my great-grandchildrens etc. that are yet to be born. he is also forcing me to purchase insurance with my money whether I want it or not.

first order of 2 black/slate 16gb iphones changed to shipped un wednesday and thursday i got the tracking number for both. ordered at 10:20am EST
second order 1 black/slate and 1 white 16 gb iphones, the black/slate changed to shipped thursday and now i have the tracking info, white one still says backordered-1. ordered at 10:28am EST

Same boat 1504 ordered 30min after pre order started and back ordered with no ship date. No estimate nothing. I might not get one.

So, many of us are going from iP4 to 5. Are we going to just be able to fire up the 5? Does it need the new nano sim to work? Thanks
I'm more concerned with it actually making it to my house. Mine got stuck in Texas and just left Kentucky an hour ago. It still needs to get to Philly, then the sorting station in Jersey. The UPS trucks leave at 6 am.

Fix your FEDEX update
Go to bottom, where it says travel history,next to date/time click on little grey arrow and should update your order...work for me hope works for you..
64GB White shipped via FedEx has been stuck at Fort Worth, TX for about 20 hours. Hope I still receive it today!
