ATT iPhone 5 Pre-order thread

Just wanted to let you know that I preordered a 16gb white iphone on 9/14 at about 10am EST. I called in the order and spoke to a live person.
Anyway, I've been in limbo like most of you. Last night I called the AT&T 800 number and the person I spoke with told me that my phone won't be shipped until Oct and I should receive it by Oct 15. I was upset and I planned on calling stores today to see who has a phone I can pick up.
Well lo and behold. I checked my order status this morning online and freaked out that I saw a tracking #. The phone shipped yesterday and it's scheduled to be delivered today!
So...moral of my story...if you speak to a live person, they might not have accurate info.
Oh btw my order # starts with 90410.

90410 is my order as well. I'm going to the store today, just to see if something can be done...
I've been checking the update obsessively since 9/15... My order date according to them... Even though I called 9/14.

My 90410 shipped yesterday, fedex, due to arrive today. Also ordered 9/14 on phone 8:30am EST. Hope that gives you guys hope.
I am showing one phone with tracking and another without, both have 0 backordered, somebody had something similar? The wht is arriving today.

I probably wont get mine as I actually ordered on the 15 whereas you guys ordered on the 14th.
My i5 black 32gb got off of backorder yesterday around noon and shipped late last night. It's expected to arrive today by 3.
I ordered my phone only 2 days ago now, and when I search for my order, it says I'm in backorder just like you guys, but it says pending shipment under tracking. Is that just the normal? And I don't have any place where I can see EXPT889, where is that?

Mine is EXTP889986XXXX and still on backorder. I ordered 9/14 at about 6:05am PST through the Premier website, but it looks like ATT didn't process my order until 9/18.
When was yours ordered kbpl24? Mine was 9/15 at 10am and its still on back order.

Ship date- (blank) Qty ordered- 1 Qty shipped- 0 Qty back ordered- 1

I don't see extp anywhere near or around back order, can you help me find it?
Anyone out there in the 1910 group that's off back order yet still awaiting shipping information? Thought I'd have some good news awaiting me this morning regarding shipping, but no such luck. Considered calling AT&T but that's a waste of energy.

Order group 1612 9/14 in the afternoon for 32gb black. Still on backorder so not delighted to see that higher number groups are getting their phones. Who knows when I will see it. I had a long chat with att rep on instant message and offered me nothing for the trouble - guess i'll have to call and see if they can offer me some remediation.

They suck @ AT&T. I can't believe this pre-order insanity and one's company's absolute refusal to simply be honest and say they dropped the ball and are partially responsible. Unreal.

The funny thing is that I suggested I should have gone to the Apple store and avoided all this nonsense. He went on to tell me how there would be no guarantees if I went to the Apple store - they were running out too - have to stand in line forever etc and it made much more sense to order direct from ATT despite the problems - AND THEN HE TOLD ME HE HAD TO STAND IN LINE 5 HOURS AT THE APPLE STORE TO GET HIS PHONE!!!!
