Pre-order remains in Attention status, with "credit card verification needed." AT&T can't handle a shipping address different from my CC billing address, I suppose. Morons.
- Called four times on Saturday, no one was ever able to assist. "System down."
- Called early Sunday AM, hold music for 90 minutes, no one answered.
- Called later on Sunday, got message that they were unavailable, call back.
- Called first thing this AM, unavailable.
- Called a short time ago, on hold now for 20 mins and counting, with this horrid hold music that I'm going to hear in my sleep for weeks.

Only asking b/c I had the same issue with my credit card even thou the addresses matched. I had two separate orders placed on two separate accts with the same exact info and it was rejecting my bank card.
I have literally been on the phone with them once Friday, Twice Saturday, Twice Sunday (one rep was finally able to manually enter my info for one order and process it), and once today (another manual entry) to finally take care of the 2nd order. Each time I called I waited no longer than a couple of minutes.
I find the representatives in the morning (EST) are much more helpful/knowledgable than those in the evening. Last night I called after my 1st order was processed and the 2nd was rejected again. The girl I spoke to first told me my card was expired after she ran it with a 2/15 expiration date. I told her that was not possible and she said oh well your zip code doesnt match. I tell her how is that possible when ATT used the same exact card to process an order earlier in the same day and I paid my phone bill with the same card?? She basically had no response and said she was getting help then transferred my call to some line where I was disconnected...Stellar service.
