So we're essentially getting penalized for ordering through a different (yet still AT&T's) website? When I initially logged in to att.com to order, I didn't intend on ordering through premier, it took me there by default. It seems pretty unfair to me.
From the looks of it, we are. I talked to multiple reps and from what they told me, their system was down for most of the day. The were able to receive our orders but weren't able to fully get it into the system until the next day. I tried going to the normal ATT site but was forced to order through the premier site. I would have chosen Apple but by the time I ordered it was already 2-3 weeks back ordered. I'm hoping they are wrong and that my order ships by 9/21, but I'm not holding my breath...
