I preordered on the morning of the first day at the store and the worker told me it will be at the store 9/21. Then I got an email saying it will take 14-21 business days to ship. I went back to the store to cancel my preorder and they said they can't cancel it and it might arrive on 9/21. I'm very confused because the att website shows an error every time I want to track it. If I call att, will they cancel my preorder? Rather stand in line and get it 2 weeks earlier.
