What order status "link" are you guys using that shows Backorder status?

This link only works for "Personal" Phone Accounts. It isn't woking for the Small Business Accounts. Is there a similar link for the Premier "Small Business" Accounts?
Just received an email from AT&T Customer Care telling me how to access Customer Service Summary.
Ordered a 16gb AT&T white iPhone and it is still in Nashville with no movement. Anyone else in this spot?
I got through today at around 3:30PM ET, was on the phone for 90 min, and finally got an explanation. The girl told me that since my zip code for my CC billing address wasn't the same as my zip code for my AT&T billing address and my shipping address they can't process the charge. According to her this is a new rule from Apple, but I don't buy it. It makes no sense. There have to be tons of people in this same situation but I haven't heard a SINGLE person complain about this.
She then told me she would get the "Resolutions" department on the line and see if they could help me. Long story short the girl from that department said she could change my AT&T zip code somehow and make it work. She said I would get a confirmation email in 2-4 hours and my order status would change from "attention."
5 hours later I have no email and no change on my order status. I called in at 9pm ET and was on hold till 10PM when they DISCONNECTED ME!!!! UNBELIEVABLE!
So if anyone is in a similar situation please speak up.
backorder means nothing, last year i was on backorder till the day before launch, went off backorder and shipped same day, got it launch day
so I was looking at my cc activity online... the first charge for $1 was from ATT alpharetta (which is normal) but then I had a $1 charge from ATT-bethlehem and then a full charge of $316 and change from ATT Bethlehem.... All on the same date (9/14). Bethlehem is somewhat local to me is that why it was charged from there? I thought everything went through their main office in Alpharetta
Who has an actual Charge on their credit/debit card and not just a processing/pending charge? Does anybody?
I ordered a 16gb black from att at 5:30 am pacific and got the confirmation email (Delivery for 9/21) and text right away. I checked my order status today for the first time and it says that the date ordered was 9/15 and that It's back ordered. Am I the only one with this problem? Does anyone know what happened? I'm wondering if that's just a mistake on the site.. or?
Personally I'd simply quit fighting against people that don't have any information and fight my battle this friday in person to get an iPhone 5.

has anyone ordered the adapter yet? What about cases? Anyone have a clue when cases will be out from 3rd parties? I've never gotten a phone on launch day - I've always waited a few months, and by that time, all accessories were out. I have to have a case - I have butterfingers and drop my phone all the time. ugh.
