My 6S plus is getting worse every day. This is ridiculous. What the hell happened with the 6S series? I haven't had a spec of dust in my 6, yet this one looks terrible after just a month of usage.

I have both an 6s and 6s Plus.

Well good for you, im on my second 6S (didn't exchange because of the dust but because i wanted more storage) and it also has dust. Have you actually looked into it or just saying you haven't noticed?

I have inspected both devices very closely with different backgrounds and several different brightness settings and I cannot detect any dust.

Crazy this is such a widespread issue

Thinking about going to Genius Bar even after the next jailbreak releases gives me chest pain

Just noticed this on my launch 6S.... googled it and was led here.

I would just leave it alone, but I'm worried it will just get worse over time (and by then I'll be out of warranty).

My replacement is a week 42 unit. I just thought to look at the dust (with a white picture) today. I replaced it mid February.

Yep, this is largely true. Also, it seems that the dust doesn't just get into the screen, but also under the front facing camera. I was careful to inspect my phone on the day I purchased it and was sure there was no dust under the front camera. Now, there are a couple of specks that can be seen when you shine a bright LED on it.

I won't be returning mine unless it gets worse because I've had a few phones and a mix of the Samsung and tsmc chips and the battery life on the Samsung 6s'es were just terrible in comparison to this tsmc one.

true and other QC hurdles, including but not limited to, crappy vibrate motor, harder 3D touch, uneven tint/dead pixels/stuck pixels, loose buttons, crappy Touch ID, rattle-y earpiece at times, headphone jack loose and not snug, etc

Of these I have the dust, and rattle-y earpiece. I am also on 9.0.2 jailbroken and tsmc chip and no complaints of battery so I don't want to jinx it and do worse. Had two others with yellow blob
That developed in upper left like a tear drop, And one of those was a loose headphone jack too.

This is definitely a QC issue...I remember posting a video from iFixit of them tearing apart a iPhone 6s screen. They clearly said that the screen is fused together. Looks like they didn't do a good job on a lot of these 6s screens.

Man, the 6s series is a mess.

Maybe it's best to wait for the 7's redesign.
It's quote far from being problematic, let alone a mess, just some people with some issues, as has been the case with pretty much every iPhone version, and really any other phone or product out there.

Yeah, every iphone had those problems. The problem is that right now those defects can actually be seen on larger screens. But the 6s is really something extra.

There isnt a single 6s that doesn't have an unevenly tinted display. All exibit some kind of yellowing on part of the screen. Don't know about the 6s+

As I recall there were many yellow screen type of related posts in the iPhone 5/5s days as well.
