I just put my tracking number into TNT's site and it says it's sitting in Sydney?! I would've thought they'd be sent from Auckland. It better be here tomorrow…

I don't expect mine till Monday due to rural delivery - though yours should be there tomorrow..

That's completely normal. I've never ordered anything from the Apple Store that hasn't shipped from Sydney.

Packages usually catch the same evening flight out of Sydney, and are checked through Auckland customs sometime after midnight. Then there are early morning flights from Ak to other centres.

I've only once not received an Apple package the day after it was sent from Sydney, when NZ customs sat on my iPod Touch for the best part of a day.

Apple Au sure had me worried when the shipping status was changing back and forth and then finally the e-mail i've been waiting for all week Leopard Shipped!! Priority overnight courier TNT left sydney and now waits at my local depot 30kms away, so fingers crossed it will arrive at my door sometime tommorow. Like many of you I'll sure be waiting

Out on the Tauranga direct road just out of Rotorua. On a rural delivery address. Post doesn't come till around 1PM, however all I expect the postie to be carrying today is the Canon 50mm f/1.4 lens.

The problem is that I live in hospital accomodation (although I am also moving house today!). I have to sit in my car in the carpark at the foot of my road because NOBODY ever finds my current flat and they NEVER phone to check.

I'm gonna have a kind of stakeout

Just like a child before Christmas, I couldn't sleep and so woke up this morning at 6am (having gone to bed after midnight) despite working a night shift the night before.

The guy from APPLE said that the tracking for UTD copies are diff from retail ones, they can't track them via their system, so they could be shipped......I really hope he's right!!!!! But anyway, should be here sometime next week the latest.
